I’m 5’9, had a 32A Cup, and weighed about 135 pounds when I had breast augmentation surgery on September 16, 2014 with Dr. Tom Pousti.

Let me tell you my story.

I wanted big boobs, but due to the minimal amount of breast tissue I had, every doctor I spoke with recommend adding no more than 250cc to 300cc to my chest. That was very disappointing, because I really wanted to be a D cup, but even more, I wanted to be safe and look great.

My Boyfriend and I researched day and night for the perfect surgeon. While researching, we stumbled upon Dr. Pousti’s website. The more research we did, the more it led back to him. He specialized in XL Breast augmentations and so we hoped he would be able to get the most cc’s in me. We booked him immediately .

During the consultation he did not promise any certain amount off cc’s. His primary concern was about safety and possible future complications. He spent plenty of time with me to learn exactly what I wanted, and he asked me to prepare a "boobie board" to bring the day of surgery, so he could best know my desires. My verbal request, and on the boobie board, I asked for, 1. the largest safe implant, 2. tight cleavage, and 3. a moderately-full upper-pole. He did all those to perfection.

Since Dr. Pousti did not guarantee the amount off cc’s, I went into surgery expecting only about 350-400 cc. Post-operative, my boyfriend and I were very thrilled when we found out he was able to go larger than we expected. He placed Sientra 545cc HP smooth round Cohesive Gel implants via a Keller funnel using and aureola incision. I was thrilled with my results, and every day for 6 months, I looked even better as the implants "fluffed" and settled. I finally had the most amazing big perfect boobs I could have ever imagined, and I could wear any bikini at the beach and feel proud of my body. Thank you Dr. Pousti!

I highly recommend Dr. Pousti to everyone.
He is an extremely wonderful, amazing, artistic, skilled Surgeon.

His Office staff and the Hospital staff is the best I have ever dealt with. They were all so very welcoming and kind.

Update: The ultimate recommendation of Dr. Pousti would be answering "yes" to the question, "would you use him again?" That answer is emphatically, YES! In fact, I just paid the deposit and scheduled a surgery date to go larger (hoping for 700cc or 800cc). I will finally get the big boobs I always wanted! Dr. Pousti is the only surgeon I would ever let touch me.

In retrospect, and had I have known I would eventually want to go larger, I would have used saline implants for the first surgery. That would have been cheaper, and allowed a gradual filling of the implant, but at the time, I was 100% certain that I would not have a second surgery.

Additionally, and in retrospect, the only difficulty I ever had was with the scar around the aureola being more visible than I would have preferred. I don't think that scarring had anything to to with Dr. Pousti's technique. I think it was due to the extreme stretching pressure on the healing site (visible in the post op picture), because I asked for the very largest implants he could use. That was my choice, not his. That said, I am still very happy that he recommended and aureola incision, as opposed to under the breast "inframmary" incision.
