So I guess even though I wasn't draining a lot. I ended up doing too much and not resting after my drains were out. So I had to get some fluid drained. I should've listened and rested for the two weeks I was supposed to. So now I'm back to resting for another week. Here are some after pics.

PO DAY 11 no more drain.

Finally got my drains out yesterday! I didn't want to get seroma so I waited until I was confident that I wasn't draining to much. (Under 30 cc total per 24 hrs) not walking completely straight yet but I'm able to get around without constant stopping to rest. The first week I could only walk around for a few minutes at a time.

I finally took a shower. I had been sitting on my bathtub floor and using a detachable spray nozzle. It worked out just fine, but it feels good now to take a real shower.

Still in my binder for another few weeks. I don't really mind, except for when it's bed time. I can't seam to get comfortable with it on tight so I loosen it up a bit. I also just started taking Advil PM at night to sleep better. I've been off regular meds since day 6.

Will post again in a few days!

4 days PO and feeling great.

I made it to the flat side! I was very anxious the morning of surgery, but my PS talked with me about everything and put me at ease right away.

The day of surgery my husband brought me home, I took pain pills and slept most of the day/ night with no pain.
The pain pills they gave me are great and having CSections before I knew what to expect, somewhat. I have to say it was an easier recovery than the first 4 days of c section. My drains were a little irritating at first but day 2 I got used to them. I took off my binder today just to see and it was a little shocking. My extra everything is gone. My flat tummy looks great. I'm feeling better and better with every passing day. I'll post some pics soon.
