Saline Breast Implant Removal

Saline implants removed after 22 years, one somewhat hard and slightly raised, the other still soft. I spent hundreds of dollars going to four highly regarded OC and LA Drs and every recommendation varied considerably, which was slightly worrying. Some indicated total capsulectomy would be required or advised, one suggested none needed, varied advice on drains and not and even a suggestion to "Deflate" for several months before surgery. When I visited Dr Pousti I felt I could trust his judgement both before and if necessary, during the surgery, to do the minimum necessary and get the best outcome. It was so easy, painless, affordable, efficient, couldn't be better in every regard.
