The entire procedure took less than an hour, there was no pain during, I stayed home for a week while wearing a head wrap, and after the first week I could take off all bandages and I felt great. There was a little swelling and redness around the incision which was right under my chin, but that quickly started to go away within the first month. I decided to go with surgery because I have always had this fat under my chin and regardless whether I lost weight in the rest of my body, I could never lose it from this area. I forgot to mention that during my first week of healing the office sent me a bouquet of flowers and chocolates. I thought that was so sweet and such a surprise. It was just what I needed to lift my spirits and I couldn't stop smiling. :)

I had a neck lift and chin liposuction done by Dr. Karam and my entire experience was wonderful! His staff is so kind and professional and they were even willing to work with my budget. But most importantly the work that Dr. Karam did exceeded my expectations.
