I first learned about Dr. Pousti through my friend. She told me she had done extensive research into the procedure and the doctors, and she chose Dr. Pousti. Her results were amazing. She raved about the care and attention she received. That's when I decided to call and make an appointment. I took my aunt that day for support and to get her opinion. When we left the office, I turned to my aunt and asked her what she thought. She did not have a single negative comment. In fact, she really liked Dr. Pousti. It was great. I called back two days later and scheduled my surgery. My overall experience from the first appointment to my five-week post-op has given me the results I hoped for. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Pousti. He and his team are wonderful. He is a very positive and caring person. At one point, I called the office to ask for advice and within 15 minute, he had returned my call. When I asked him to call me back to check in on me, he did! I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. If anyone were to ever ask me to recommend a plastic surgeon, hands down Dr. Pousti is the DOCTOR/MAN. Dr. Pousti and his staff ROCK. The care I received after surgery was great. I pray that Dr. Pousti and his staff continue to make a difference in people's lives.
