I'm new to this and my surgery is scheduled Really really soon. In military too and I'm nervous about how this will work, how I get my meds and do I really need to get pre approval? Bottom line- you do seem really happy. How close to military standards where you before this?
Is it true dr. Sassan Alavi is not board certified ? I have a surgery date with him September 7
are you still happy ?? I’m shed for BL/BA in March I’m flying from out of town

4 weeks post op

Is been a little over 4 weeks and I feel about 85% normal I am sleeping in my own bed tonight for the first time since my surgery. I went to the field for 3 days without any discomforts this weekend. For those of you that are not familiar with military terms this means I went away on a camping trip and played soldier for 3 days in the middle of no where. I'm very happy with my results my body just keeps improving each day I can't wait to start exercising again

3 weeks post op - excited

So is been 3 weeks , I went back to work on 28 dec 2 weeks post op. My twins are still new and is going to take some time to get use to them but I love them. My tummy is healing beautifully and I'm so excited for summer :) so I can wear a swim suit
