Had my procedure done on Thursday the 22nd and I'm feeling good 2 days post op. I had my upper and lower abs, waist, and bra rolls. The pain is less than I expected! I do feel sore like I went hard in the gym but I expected that. I'm having a hard time keeping my garment tight and smooth it seems to crease at my waist which cases extra pain. Any suggestions on the best garment for my areas of lipo?

For some reason I can't upload pics! I've tried and they don't show in any of the files. Help?

I have a corset from "Corset Story" but it's too big now. I'll be wearing "myperfectsilhouette" waist cincher at about my 3 week post op point.

Sorry, before u do that. Did the Dr give u any suggestions? My Dr ordered my second stage garment. I had the same problem and I thought was the difference of waist and hips. Good luck.

Maybe my garment is too small. I was a XL in shirts before and thus garment says small. I'll check back with my Doc thanks!

Gurlll I heard a few ladies suggest to put a kotex on your skin where the garment creases & you'll be good to go! Try it. See if it helps

1 week post op and omg I can see the flatside!!!

First off I'm mad that I can't upload pics!! I'm on my phone and when I go into upload and select pictures none show up but there in my gallery! I don't know. Anyway my doc let's call him the magician removed 3 liters of fat! I read the most that can be removed was 5 so I was disappointed a lil, I should have told him to take out the max. Ladies don't be shy tell your doc what you want! My stomach is getting flatter by the day and my small apron is now flat and smooth! I'm so excited! My waist and flanks are still sore and I think mostly because my garment stops short of my bra rolls. I ordered a new full back garment so I think that will help. I still can't sleep on my sides which is killing me cause I'm a side sleeper, sleeping on my back is terrible! Does anyone know how to open up your navel after lipo? Seems like with the fat gone too much skin has got my navel closed. I will be working on pics ok yall!

I also am about 4 days post lipo on flanks bra roll upper and lower abs. My navel seems closed up also! I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if it will eventually open up?
February 1, 2015
I hope so! I'm thinking did the doc take enough fat from around my navel? It seems like I can feel fat there. I seen someone put a bottle cap in their's to open it up. Also seen someone use surgical tape to pull the skin around the navel then garment over that. Idk if you find something that works please fill me in.

A bottle cap? Honestly I think I'm stuck with it. :( I have Mr first post opp apt tomorrow and will mention to the Dr. Hopefully, as time goes on it's just the swelling! :-)

I read a review where a lady said she put a marble in her navel to keep it from closing.

Hi regarding ur closing navel. My nurse Debbie told me the best remedy and the best way to keep ur belly button looking natural is to use a cotton wool - the full round ones. Just Use ur hand to mold it a little and put it in. It's comfy, forget it's in there. Use the same one for 3-4 days and replace for the next 2-3 months. My 2mths post op will be on Feb 22 and I still hv to wear mine cuz I'm still swollen on my lower abs. Gdluck.

I'm feeling great thanks!! Almost all of my soreness is gone, but my flanks still have a slight numbness. One side of my tummy looks more swollen than the other but I'm hoping that goes down evenly. 22nd will be 1 month post op!!
