IPL Cheeks and Nose Blood Vessels Removal - San Diego, CA

Hello I hope this review will be very helpful. I traveled from Killeen Texas to San Diego California to remove small blood vessels from around my nostrils and cheeks. I did a lot of research prior to choosing Dr. Mitchell P. Goldman to do this procedure. My experience from beginning to end was outstanding. I went to San Diego CA for only three days. The first day was just for travel and today was my appointment. Getting to his office was very easy seeing that I stood right in San Diego. My appt was for 10:00 am. I waited less than five minutes and his amazing assistant Tina called me in. She was extremely knowledgeable and sweet. I went for three different procedures to remove veins under eyes, filler under eyes, and remove blood vessels from around nose and cheeks. The office is very nice and clean. Dr. Goldman was very nice and very informative. I loved the fact he answered all of my questions, and concerns. I really loved the fact that he was not pushy or rushing the consultation. He told me what was the best procedure to remove the veins under the eyes, blood vessels scar from acne on cheeks, and broken capillaries on nose. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedures were fast and painless. I only felt little discomfort on the ones being done under the eyes but it was quick. Tina his assistant did great assisting him. All procedures were removed by two types of laser I know one of the was IPL not sure what the other one was. After the laser he injected fillers under eyes to help the hollowness which didn't hurt. After the procedures were done Tina gave me to ice pack to take with me and aftercare info. I have only experience some redness. No pain at all I am back at the hotel. It's been 3 hours since the procedure I only see some redness very little swelling. Everything cost $1750. His office also takes care credit card and they honor the 0% apr for six months. I am very happy with the procedures I will keep you guys updated. These pictures are not too good cause my camera is broken. I am definitely returning for sclerotherapy on February. He is one of the top Doctors in America.
