Update.. Finally
So the past few weeks have been crazy busy and I wasn't able to squeeze in a dentist appointment to go get my IPR and collect my trays. The IPR in itself wasnt painful. I only got one space created between two of my super crowded lower teeth. Attaching pictures. I see movement on the left top teeth, but still a loooong way to go.

i picked up tray 4 a week later than my schedule. Nothing new. Same dull pain. I'll do pictures in a few days.
