Buccal Fat Removal Ruined my Dimples NOT Worth It

I asked my dr time and time again if this would ruin my dimples I had very very deep natural dimples very unusual and of course I loved them I went in for BBL my dr convinced me to do the buccal fat removal at the same time I asked him three different times are you sure I really don’t want to ruin my dimples he said if anything it will enhance them. He said he’s done it on a girl with dimples and they looked deeper after I even asked again on the operating table are you sure well yup sure enough they are ruined. At first he said let the swelling go down I even asked on here and posted pictures different drs told me the same give it 6-8 months for the swelling to heal well 2 years later and I have no dimples you can barely sort of see one when I laugh this was so upsetting to me if you have dimples don’t risk it!!!!!!! Please don’t they are ruined forever I look at old pictures and it makes me want to cry.
