After having a previous breast augmentation (different doctor), and 2 kids, my breasts were not where they were supposed to be at this age. I was a 32 DD, got pregnant and up to an H. They went back down after my first pregnancy but wernt the same. After getting pregnant the 2nd time I knew I was going to need them redone. I wasn't able to choose more than one precedure but I got new implants (went from 375 & 400cc saline to 465cc silicone), a capsulorrhaphy & removed unwanted skin/lift.

He is great! Staff is nice & have called every day to check up on me. I only had a consult with him and then decided to go for it as I have lots of friends who have had great experiences with him.

Dr. Pousti I just wanted to mention here that I find this TOP NOTCH. You commenting on your patient and wishing her a wonderful long term result. I think that is very caring and thoughtful and shows a true bedside manner even after the surgery.
I live in Northern Ca, looking forward to my breast left and breast augmentation in late June. I have narrowed down to two and am so excited. Finally 34 DD breasts where there were meant to be, up to my chin :-) So not going mush bigger but am go high as possible, looking at 450-600 just to fill out since so much tissue being removed.
Congrats Amber, I am jealous and can't wait and its sound like your Dr. Pousti AWESOME

You look great! Did I miss where you said what size you are now? And Was it $11,500 cuz this was considered a breast revision/lift with implants?

I'm not sure what size I am as I haven't tried to buy a real bra yet but I think I'm a full D small DD! And yes the price is based on all 3 procedures I had done.

Are your silicone implants the same size? Or did you still do the difference in sizes like you had with saline

One week out...

At one week out I still can't remove my bra or dressings, so no new pictures... I have an appointment on Monday and I think I'll get to actually see them at that appointment (fingers crossed!) Pain is basically nonexistent. The one thing about this procedure that is REALLY hard is that I can't move my arms from a "t-Rex" position for the next few weeks. With 2 kids it's rough, but we're getting by with a lot of help!

I AM SO HAPPY!!! I didn't even imagine that this could be possible. Dr Pousti is magical. Haha! Tape stays for 3 more weeks while the incisions heal and stitches dissolve. Again, so happy with these results!
Thanks for sharing your story. What was your experience like with your doctor? Did you have several consultations before deciding who to go with?
