Would Not Recommend
I honestly would not recommend. Also, please do thorough research as he is not board certified in plastic surgery. He seems like a sweet man and he is as long as you do not upset him with any negativity regarding your experience or results. As far as the lipo, the did give the results desired. The breast lift with implants did not. After going to another surgeon to have his work corrected (that he had promised to fix for free and then tried to charge), they gave me a list of things that he did wrong all the way down to the type of stitches he used which gave my breasts a botched look. In clothes, my breast look decent but outside of that they look horrendous. Will be posting updated pics.

14 days post op
Warning** graphic/gross photos. These pics are from my 14 day post op appointment. I got my stitches removed! When I arrived I was absolutely positive that my right boob was infected. For the past three days it had this HORRIFIC smell. I had thought it was from old blood on the tape but I still smelled it after cutting those pieces off. My stitches because irritated and super sensitive all over again. Wearing a bra hurt me. I had stopped taking my Percocet but had to start again due to the pain. Needless to say I was super excited about getting to my appointment.
Dr. Alavi ensured me that I didn’t have an infection. The smell was coming from me not allowing the tape to completely dry every day. From that my boob became “raw” from being wet day in and day out. He then told me to clean the open wounds with iodine and allow them to air dry. As you can see from the pics the right boob was looking pretty scary. I was supposed to be given scar cream at this appointment but due to this mishap, I have to wait. I am now due back in two more weeks and we will go from there.
