Almost a year post op and still discomfort
WORTH IT$5,500
I just want this information out there. I am almost 1 year post op this October and I still have discomfort and pain. Yes ladies, almost 1 year and I'm still healing. The internet tells you recovery in 8 weeks. For me, it will probably take a full year to recover. Everyone is different. I don't have encapsulation and I can still move the implant around in the pocket. I am 85% satisfied with them. I really have to modify workouts still, even deadlifting over 150 lbs is uncomfortable on the implant :( Still worth it, I never have to wear a padded bra !

Steri strip removal
I just got my steri strips removed!! My incision area looks really good. I am pleasantly surprised how good the scars look already. I have seen some very nasty under-the-breast incision scars, so I am very happy. I am only 5 weeks post op. I am still a little sore when engaging pec muscles. Driving is still mildly uncomfortable. I need to massage a little more aggressively. Cleared for cotton/no underwire bras ( so glad to be rid of the surgical bra). So glad I chose Dr. Pousti and his staff! They're so amazing.

Cantaloupes?
My husband commented last night, "It looks like you smuggled 2 cantaloupes out of the grocery store". Referring to my boobs. wow lol. I still don't think they're that big at all. Still sore. Started some boobie massages and the heating pad has been my best friend for my back.

How are you feeling?

November 30, 2017
I am still a little sore, more so on my right side that got the bigger implant. It's been over a month and I'm still not 100%. Reaching up for random items still feels a little strained. I can tell my muscles are still healing/adjusting.
