Preface: I'm not one to put images of myself...
WORTH IT$5,500
Preface: I'm not one to put images of myself (especially nude) on the internet for all the pervmervs to see.
From the age of 12 I knew I wanted to get a boob job. My breasts are far apart and I also have inverted nipples. All you ladies that have breasts that don't fall into your armpits when you lay down, God bless. My one breast was also considerably larger and shaped differently than my other. I hope that my case can help some of you ladies that have differently shaped breasts decide on whether or not a BA is right for you. Differently shaped, not ugly. Love yourself and your body (natural or modified). For breasts far apart, a BA can help close the gap. Based on unique anatomy, there is only so much implants can do. I got moderate plus implants (**under the muscle) that (I think) are slightly wider than high profile to help fill the gap. I do have a lot of side boob spillage (bicep curls shall be interesting). My surgeon went through my areola to really construct a good pocket since my breasts are far apart. Surgery was a breeze. I got a lot of fluids via IV before anesthesia. I walked into the surgery center and was put under with something injected into my IV which I remember. I woke in the PACU in a lot of pain and was given pain meds. NOTE: ask for anti-nausea meds if you get nauseous from anesthesia. First week recovering: HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU. I could not even eat, my husband spoon fed me. I was in so much pain I had to take 1.5 percocets. Constipation due to pain meds-I drank a lot of vegetable/ginger smoothies to relieve being bound up (and dulcolax but be careful). On day 7 I felt 85% better but still wanted to take a nap midday. Energy levels are lower, but I feel better every day. I'm still super sore and sleeping like Frankenstein on my back does not make it any better. My nipple sensitivity is crazy. I have had full sensation of my breasts since surgery which I am so thankful for. I never once looked down and thought I went too big. I will NOT train chest at all due to my risk of lateral displacement of the implants.

Cantaloupes?
My husband commented last night, "It looks like you smuggled 2 cantaloupes out of the grocery store". Referring to my boobs. wow lol. I still don't think they're that big at all. Still sore. Started some boobie massages and the heating pad has been my best friend for my back.

How are you feeling?

I am still a little sore, more so on my right side that got the bigger implant. It's been over a month and I'm still not 100%. Reaching up for random items still feels a little strained. I can tell my muscles are still healing/adjusting.

Steri strip removal
I just got my steri strips removed!! My incision area looks really good. I am pleasantly surprised how good the scars look already. I have seen some very nasty under-the-breast incision scars, so I am very happy. I am only 5 weeks post op. I am still a little sore when engaging pec muscles. Driving is still mildly uncomfortable. I need to massage a little more aggressively. Cleared for cotton/no underwire bras ( so glad to be rid of the surgical bra). So glad I chose Dr. Pousti and his staff! They're so amazing.
