I have wanted larger breasts for a long time and after having my daughter I decided it was time. I always hated not being able to fill out shirts or bathing suits. After having my daughter I felt like my boobs shrunk even more. On top of that I gained stretch marks and some sagging. One breast sagged a little more than the other as well. I did a lot of shopping around to find the right doctor. I went to multiple consultations both in San Diego and my home state of Texas. I am very pleased with my results and Dr. Pousti was definitely the best choice. He didn't pressure me to pick him like a lot of other doctors did and he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. The staff is very sweet and very comforting as well. I am only 2 weeks post op and I love my new boobs! I love my new self esteem and I can't wait to start shopping for new clothes! If you are currently searching for a plastic surgeon, then I would highly recommend you go see Dr. Pousti! He does beautiful work! I was totally unsure of how big I wanted to go and I told him I wanted to look natural but I wanted to look proportionate also. I never even picked exactly what size or how many CC's. Dr. Pousti chose in the operating room and be did a fantastic job! He gave me exactly what I wanted and they look natural and fit my body. I'm so glad I chose him and not a different surgeon!

Congratulations. Did you go over or under muscle or dual plane? Also what size were you and now? Silicone or saline? I have stretchmarks too did the implants help fill the skin/mark in and make them less noticeable? Two weeks you are doing well.

Hi, Thank you! I was a small B cup before and now I'm a full C cup. I chose saline for the peace of mind in case I ever had a leak or anything wrong. With saline you would know because the breast would get smaller. Its also completely safe for saline to go into your body. I really wanted the silicone but since it hasn't been around all that long I decided to stick with what I felt most comfortable with. Plus the Dr. Told me I was a good candidate for saline since I already had breast tissue to begin with. Mine are under the muscle. The stretch marks don't go away but to me they are less visible. They seem a little smoother to me also. I could actually feel my stretch marks before but now you can only feel it or see it if you're actually looking for it. Yeah I was dying to try on some clothes with my new boobs...that's what the picture above is. I still have bandages on my incisions. Lol. 3 more weeks to go and then they come off! Woohoo!

Yeah I know stretchmarks won't completely disappear but just looking to dismissing them some or make more discreet so not eye catching ya know. Keep me posted. I see lots of pits from your dr. and about him and all seem great. Good for you congrats. You and I are very close in our measurements

I'll post an up close pic of the stretch marks so you can see how it looks. I don't have a before picture of the stretch marks though. I'll just say they were pretty rippling before the surgery. At least in my opinion. How bad are your stretch marks? Mine were very light colored but there was a lot of texture. Now they are smoother.

Yes very old d whitish in color but mostly it's the texture. Plus it's that area that just sticks out top of bathing suit top ya know.

Those look like they are on bottom of your breasts. .??? Mine are on top side towards cleavage side. Yet yours look like you could color them in with some fake tan airbrush spray. Wow your skin is pulled tight I hope you are keeping cocoa butter or something on them and lots of water so you don't get more stretchmarks. I have read on here that you can get new ones or make old ones worse if you go too big. :(

As far as I know you won't get new ones unless you go from a larger size to a smaller size. If I had my implants removed then I would probably get more stretch marks. I haven't noticed any new ones though. It actually looks better than it did before the implants. The skin is stretched tight because I still had swelling and I was still in bandages. Now that my boobs are settling and there's no swelling, the skin isn't as tight and the stretch marks are still less noticeable than before the implants.
