I am a young mother of three children and have an athletic build, not much natural breast tissue. I have always wanted to get breast implants and could finally afford them and spent much time researching Doctors in the area and with the highest reviews. I came across realself.com and found women who were posting about their bad experiences with breast implants and then going to Dr. Pousti in San Diego, CA and he was fixing everyone with great before/after photos. After my first consult with my husband, I knew we made the right choice and it was worth the 2 hour drive. I am SO happy with the results and so is my husband!
