Dr. Pousti and his staff were very much if not more professional and helpful than they appear on their website. I enjoyed the welcoming feel from my first consultation and the open atmosphere between other patients. I got to meet other women who were fresh out of surgery, several weeks out, and even months, to see the differences and healing patterns. I left without having any questions and ample paperwork and material to read. Days prior to my surgery, I had some complications with my general Dr. and the ladies at Pousti Surgery helped arrange my cardiology exam and all the necessary tests at the last minute and greatly relieved my stress. They regularly checked in with me throughout the entire process and have been very friendly and sincere. Dr. Pousti himself is a very professional and experienced surgeon. He made my husband feel comfortable immediately through his sense of humor and professional approach and they bonded throughout our visits. On the day of my surgery, I arrived and was a bit nervous but was eased by all the nurses and Dr. Pousti's presence. He even held my hand while the anesthesia was kicking in and I immediately went to sleep and awoke an hour later the proud and tender owner of two 590cc implants that look perfectly proportionate to my body. They came out just how I wanted them too as in the pictures I provided and I couldn't be happier. The first two weeks were tough healing days and all I would recommend is to stay on top of the pills and have your husband or close friend available to help with ALL household and child duties as it is important to protect your investment! Weaning off the medication will seem scary at first, but extra strength Tylenol worked good for me too as well as plenty of rest. I am just today one month post surgery and my bandage strips were taken off and the scare are surprisingly very subtle and will heal quickly as I also purchased the silicone strips to assist with scarring.
