Very happy and wondering why I waited so long! Can...
I finally feel that I look how I always wanted and thought I should look. If you have been researching or considering breast augmentation seriously for over a year do yourself a favor and don't wait 15 years like I did. If you have the drive, means, and time to do it..DO IT. I can not tell you how much time I wasted thinking negatively about my body image. Every time I got dressed, went out, went to the gym, looked down, saw other women with breasts. It was a frequent everyday thought and always negative, up until now. Now I can finally feel..relaxed/myself/confident/empowered. It has freed up so much unexpected space in my head that used to be consumed with negatively.

Let me start out by saying that prior to even contacting Dr. Pousti's office I read all, I mean all, of his reviews and even his answers to questions asked by other patients and was thoroughly impressed. My personal experience was nothing short of what I expected it would be. Every member of his staff was extremely pleasant, polite and compassionate while Dr. Pousti is efficient in a meticulous manner that makes you feel more than confident in his abilities a surgeon. Overall, trust every wonderful review you read about Dr. Pousti and patients experiences and surgeries, that being said here is my story and experience... 27 years old, no children, 5'10, 130 lbs, 32A Ever since I can remember I have been waiting for my "boobs to come in" always heard, "just wait" or "it'll happen" or "well maybe when you have kids?" and let me tell you, nothing ever changed. So I did my research, found what size I wanted, what type of incision, what implant material, and most importantly what doctor. In my consultation with Dr. Pousti I knew just what I wanted, down to the T. In speaking with him further, I trusted his judgment when it came to producing the outcome that he knew I wanted. My end result was a 400cc HP silicone implant under the muscle. Which I will admit is more than what I "thought" would look natural on my frame but I could not be more pleased with my results. While they are still high and swollen they fit my body (even my Grandmother thinks so) and I am still getting used to them after only less than two weeks I don't feel like any strangers have given me the "oh she has fake boobs" look.
