My experience with Dr. G has been overwhelmingly positive. I have no doubts I made the absolute best choice in San Diego. Dr. G was the 5th consult that I had and I knew from the moment I left his offices that I wanted to go with him. I felt that he really listened and was more educated than any other PS that I had met with. He also is a leader in the field of the shaped (anatomical) implants that are new to the market. None of the other doctors had even recommended or discussed these implants with me even though I continuously stated that I did not want too much upper pole fullness. I wanted a natural slope but still with a good amount of projection and bottom fullness. He ultimately recommended the Sientra high profile round base shaped implants for me (425 cc). I had to make my decision on the type of implants and surgery dates very quickly, as I was moving out of the country, so I shortly began to worry that I hadn't been able to research these types of implants enough before choosing them. Dr. G spent over 45 minutes with me on the phone after my appointment to discuss a bunch of additional questions on the particular type of implants. Then the Friday before my surgery I had incredible anxiety about going "too big" and contacted the office. Dr. G again called me after hours on that Friday to discuss. He is one of the most caring, calming, and understanding people I have ever met. By the time of my surgery on Monday morning, I felt very confident and had no more worries about my decision. I am so SO happy with my results. I am only two weeks post op and they are already so beautiful. Even on post op Day 1, I was impressed with the general look even though I was still very swollen. I think it just goes to show what an amazing PS that Dr. G is and that he really takes the time in the surgery room. As for his recommendation on the type of implant - the size for my breast widths (11.5" and 12'') is perfect and the amount of projection is spot on. They look very sexy and perky with no clothes on but I am able to still down play them in my professional office setting. This is exactly what I was looking for. I had very little, to no bruising, and the scars are tiny and right in the boob creases! I can not recommend Dr. G more! I smile every time I see him because he has given me the confidence and look that I have wanted for so long. And I can never repay him for his patience with all my questions and anxiety with making such a big decision. I would also like to send a shout out to Jessica in his office! She is amazing and also just an incredibly sweet person. And his anesthesiologist was very calming and nurturing the day of surgery too! You have NOTHING to worry about if you choose Dr. G and his staff! You will be in the best hands out there!

We're happy that you are so pleased with your results, and there is no need to "repay" us for taking on your questions and anxiety - it's what we do, and it's all part of the deal for us. My goal has always been to make my patients feel beautiful and complete, and seeing how happy you are with your results makes me feel proud. The message in your story is that there is no "one size fits all" implant that works for every girl, so we have to be willing to put in the effort to answer questions, find out about individual concerns and desires, and know our available technology well enough to pick the right operation and right implant for the individual patient.
