I have wanted a breast augmentation for years & I'm finally doing it. I'm super excited & a little bit nervous. I'm getting high profile, saline implants, 550cc on my left and 600cc on my right to correct the asymmetrical size of my breasts. I've done sizing a total of 3 times. Twice with Dr Alavi and once with another surgeon. It made me feel better that they both agreed that i was able to go to 600cc with the 50cc size difference.

Thanks, I think the worst is over. Already back to work. Just trying to be patient. I've updated my review with some photos, one week post op. I'm still very swollen but happy so far.

I'm feeling good now. Came back to work yesterday, wasn't too bad. My breasts are still very swollen but I can see slight improvement each day. They mostly feel tight, with a little discomfort. I'm excited for my follow up next week with him and for the tape to come off my scars, I went under nipple. I'm a little confused because I thought I was getting high profile implants but on the Natrelle card it states moderate profile. I'm wondering why he never discussed that with me. I have a few questions for him that I feel can wait until I see him next week. I posted some photos I took this morning. How's your recovery? Hope you're feeling better.
