6 weeks out

WORTH IT$6,500
Sorry for the delay but I wanted to upload my 6 week pics. I just got the tape off and was very happy with the minimal scaring. Started using the Rx scar cream which was at the doctors office so hopefully it will help.

Congrats. Your results look great. I wanted 400cc for my periareolar incision implants. My doctor gave me 350 instead, saying 400cc were to but for my areolar and I have very large areolar needless to say I was a bit disappointed. My breasts haven't started dropping yet. Hope they turn out as well as urs.
Thanks girl! I am sure they will. Once they drop I am sure u will love them.
Do you remember how long it took for yours to drop? Mine are still stiff n high.
Looking great ;-)
wow! you look amazing!

4 weeks out!

Had my 3rd post op appt today. Finally hit the 4 week mark tomorrow. No more surgical bra for me! So happy to be done with it! Finally get to be back in my sports bras!! Dr Pousti said to keep the strips on for another two weeks and then at the next appt he will take them off. Talked to him about the severe nerve pain I have been having in my left breast that last for an hour or so at a time. He said that my pecs were so much larger than a typical patient that I am just having muscle spasms. He said its not typical and that it's likely activity induced so I need to relax. It's crazy cause pushing a shopping cart around can aggravate it. I will post pics from the appt. They are def dropping some and are a lot less swollen. I also found out I can still fit in some of my old sports bras! Two more weeks till I am fully back at the gym! Can't wait!

Hey there! I just found your review and I have to say it helped me out a great deal! We have similar stats as far as weight and height go and got close to the same size implants. seeing your pictures from post op to now have helped rest my mind that my stubborn right side WILL drop into place! I have a hard time sitting still too, I miss the gym so much. I am only 1 week out but I'm sure it will go fast. I can't wait until mine look as great as yours! Thanks for the great review!
Thanks Hun! Waiting is the hardest part but def worth the results. So happy to have my lunges and squats back. I am sure your results will be awesome

3 weeks out!

So three weeks out and I feel like the girls are getting better each day. Noticed a mendor chord under my left breast the other day and contacted my PS. He recommended an anti-inflammatory, warm compresses, and massaging. Seems like nothing to worry about but I wanted to let him know. Anyone else have one? Took a pic pre shower today. Still in the surgical bra for one more week. Become an expert at keeping my incision dry in the shower! I recommend getting tegaderm 4cm x 4 cm bandages online and then using some gauze over your strips so the tegaderm doesn't stick. It has worked perfectly to keep my strips dry so far. Worked out my lower body twice this week. Feels good to be back to training myself and not just my clients. It's hard not to do Crossfit but I am figuring out lower body exercises I can do at a lower heart rate and no bouncing! One more week till my next post op!

Oops the tegaderm bandages are 4inches by 4 3/4 inches. Not centimeters! Sorry
You and I are both three weeks out! Three weeks exactly tomorrow :) Unfortunately my Dr has not been too helpful (you can read more from my posts if you like) you mentioned you are a personal trainer and so am I! What info were you told about when to expect to workout? I was told at my two week appt I could do light exercise, no cardio (obviously) and just lower body stuff.
Yes three weeks exactly today! My doctor told me the same about exercise. I am trying my best to listen but they said keep the weight light (3-5lbs) and I am already lifting 20lbs plus just in my daily life and trying to coach. So I figure since I am pretty fit to begin with my body can handle a little bit more. I don't do any running, rowing, or jumping rope but try to get my heart rate up a little. Weight lunges and lots of abs! So far I have felt fine. My butt is sore but my boobies are good!
My legs and butt are Sooooooo sore! It's all I've been working! My upper body will have some catching up to do now! Haha! You're doing abs?! I'm scared to!!
You look amazing! I'm a crossfit coach and a fitness director so Im not looking forward to being down and out for a few weeks after next week but I know its worth it. Hope you have a good recovery :)
Thanks Hun! Good luck on your upcoming surgery! It's totally worth it. I finally feel porportional! I suggest after the first few days post surgery getting back to a clean diet. It has helped me maintain while not working out so hard. I am smaller post surgery (with two extra pounds of boobie) because of muscle loss but I know I will bounce back. I haven't told many of my clients and oddly many haven't asked or noticed. Must be the surgical bra hiding them! You will do great and keep me posted!
