I have always been unhappy with the size of my breasts. I have broad shoulders with small breasts and i felt disproportioned. I went to the consult and it was great. I meet Dr. Sarosy and was immediately excited to book the surgery. The surgery went great. However, i had trouble with the anesthesia afterwords and was throwing up, but it only lasted 5 minutes. Im am over the moon happy with the results. They look natural and no one notices that they are implants.

The recovery was not at all bad. I did not take the pain meds prescribed to me and instead took Tylenol (1000 mg every 4 to 6 hrs). I did receive a call from the doctor's office the following morning after my surgery to ask how I was feeling. They told me not to lay in bed, and that I needed to get up and walk around. I ended up going to the mall and running small errands. When I showered my mom had to help as I could not move my arms above my shoulders or bend over. I also needed her to get me home from the surgery as I was still under anesthesia. Dr. Sarosy was the only doctor I went to for a consult, but I did lots of research and found him on the American Society of Plastic Surgery. I highly recommend looking for a doctor on this site or checking to see if your plastic surgeon is on there. I then looked up many malpractice sites to see if he was also on there. I researched the types of implants, shapes and materials used as well as how they would be place in the body and where the incisions would be. I has min placed under the pec muscles which help with them looking and feeling natural rather than on top where you could possibly have scaring and see the shape of the implants.

I received 350cc in both with silicone gel. I don't have any before picture without clothes on but have some with bikinis that will give you an idea of what they looked like before, and I obviously have after pictures. I did notice that because I went bigger I have stretch marks on my breast, but nothing too noticeable like you could notice during pregnancy, but the color is consistent with other stretch marks I have on my hips.

Also try and avoid bras with underwire for a while. From what my friend was told is that the compression from the underwire can leave a mark in the skin and implants, unsure if this is true, but I purchased many bras for a year without underwire. I also am not comfortable wearing pushup bras because they do a great job at making them look bigger than what they are and it makes my body look disproportionate. So I wear t shirt bras mostly which are more comfy.

After the surgery you are told not to life more than 5 to 10 pounds for about 4 to 6 weeks. This is a must! After this time I started doing pushups, but had to work myself back to where I was at before the surgery. You are given a compression bra as well as a wrap and gauze that needs to be worn for support and to reduce swelling for 2 weeks until your follow up. During the follow up the stiches will be removed. You will not feel a thing when the doctor does this.

I have nothing but good things to say about my choice with the surgery. I sat in front of a mirror for about 2 weeks in amazement at how well they looked and how much I love them!
