i think u look fantastic. I'm getting my surgery in less than 2 weeks... but in la jolla, I'm so nervous i want moderate plus too 397 or 421 .... do u love your boobies or you wish u had gone bigger like almost every girl does?
Great question cause I want to know too
did u get sientra or allergan?
hey, are they mentor , natrelle, or sientra's?
you have gorgeous skin!
Thank you so much! My breast implants are manufactured from Sientra; 380 CC Silicone Moderate Plus.
Thanks cuase I'm getting my BA from Dr. Pousti so any more advice. By the way yiur new bestfriends look great
Thank you! Well it really all it depends. I believe the best advice to give you is to bring a picture of the ideal breast you want to achieve. Don't talk numbers or sizes i.e. "I want full C's or I want 400 CC. I thought like this previously before my surgery and my doctor informed me that there is no such thing. All of our bodies are made differently, and what would be a Full C or specific numbers of CC on another girl would be ultimately different on me due to your bmi, weight, etc. So what i did was gather numerous pictures of what i DID WANT and what I didn't want (gaps, scars, etc). I probably had like 25 pictures and it helped tremendously. Remember, cosmetic surgery could either make you or break you, so be very informative in what you want and don't hesitate to ask your doctor any questions, concerns, etc. You are paying for what you want, not what you don't. I originally wanted 400-425 CC but on the day of surgery I received 380 CC. I was a little unhappy but in the end I know my doctor made a good choice. I didn't have to much tissue to begin with and if I had gone more bigger, it would have given me a gap or hard breasts (capsular contracture). I think going a few CC is good but not too big. I think 400-425 is good, but it all depends on your size as of now. Remember, they are really big, firm, and high in the beginning, but drop as you heal. This is the reason why most women get a little frustrated or sad because they were use to the look immediately right after surgery. Nevertheless, I am happy with my results. Feel free to ask me any questions and good luck! xoxo

10 months post op

Its been 10 months since my breast augmentation and so far my right breast has dropped tremendously; however my left breast is still a bit high and not as soft as the other. I have been vigorously practicing my breast massages and that has been assisting with comfort and softening the tissue. My right breast is way much plump and soft compared to my left, however it is still firm as well.

I am happy with the confidence I have gained with my new breasts, however still concerned about the comfort and feeling with them. Im able to sleep comfortably on my sides but still find trouble sleeping on my stomach; not that i recommend it but I've just always been a stomach sleeper so i am still adjusting to the transition.

My 1 year post op is on March 23...I still can't believe almost a year has gone by since my transformation. Its crazy because I feel like I never even had surgery, and that these are my real breasts. Almost as if I forgot how I use to look like. They definitely become apart of your life style and body after sometime. Here are some pictures I posted below as of 1-13-15..tell me what you guys think? Ciao! XOXO

3 months and 2 days post op

Today i am 3 months and 2 days with my new breast. I need to start updating this more but have been so busy with work and planning my birthday! (I turn 24 next month!) it's been such an exciting and fun year for me; I've never been so much happier in my life. I am still continuing to do my massages and have been noticing many changes as they are dropping more and settling in place. My cleavage area is still a bit high but no complaints as I am enjoying them while they last. ( they will start to become more fillet on the bottom and less on top once they drop more) my breasts are becoming softer as well with frequent massages but I notice the right is more softer than the left; never the less, I will continue with the massages and updates soon enough! Hope all you lovelies are doing well on your journey or new beginnings as well!

Congrats! You look awesome :) I will be going in for my surgery Oct 30th. We have very similar stats, I am 5'4, 115lbs. How long would you say it took you to feel ok at work? I am only taking 4 days off and wondering if that is long enough.
They look great! And glad I found someone who did them through the aeriola. How has the heeling been? I'm so scared at how it will look right after surgery I'm a big baby when I see scars haha. I'm having mine on dec 5.
You look amazing!!!! Dr Pousti is a genius
