2 years from Tummy Tuck surgery

Well I have to say getting a tummy tuck was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I have been working out consistently, with some breaks due to sickeness or sprained knee, but overall keeping fit with PIYO and low impact workouts. I do seem to have less of an appetite due to the surgery which is fine with me. : )
I feel better in my clothes and in a swimsuit. I feel like the best version of myself will just get better over time.

Nearly 7 months later!

I finally feel the numbness disappearing on my tummy! I can feel my fingers press on my flat belly now. : )
My scar is slowly disappearing despite some days I skipped applying the scar gel. I was on a cruise to Bermuda and forgot my scar gel. Just made sure I applied ample sunscreen on the scar.
I got sciatica about a month ago so my workouts at th gym have been set back. As of now I have been walking at the local park for about 30 minutes everyday and stretching. I start physical therapy in a few weeks.
Hope you are all doing well.

Feeling awesome

Joined a gym about 3 weeks ago. Regular arc trainer and elliptical time and some light resistance weight training. In July I will introduce the ab machine back into my workouts. Really enjoying wearing more form fitting tops. Not to say I don't love my blousy tops but I don't feel so self conscious about my belly hanging over and jiggling around. I feel my core is much stronger compared to a month ago. And I seem to eat less. The scar is doing great too. I can't say this enough, I am really happy about getting my abdominoplasty. Thank you again to my cheerleaders. Getting through the bad times felt easier hearing from you and joyous through the good moments. Hope you are all doing well.
