I absolutely feel that every woman that has had children and breastfed their children should get breast implants, just to get the perk back, and rid themselves of the infamous "Goo Boob" look and feel our breasts take on after children.
My plastic surgeon, Dr. Pousti in San Diego was very helpful when I was trying to pin point my ideal breast size, because I wanted to look natural but I had… SHOW MORE

These are the photos of my breast before and after implants. I know they are not all just breast with beautiful angles,but I'm not really confident with the rest of my body because I have so much extra skin from being Ginormous with each pregnancy. I let my inner fat kid out and gain 50+ pounds, but eventually I lose the weight and unfortunately the skin stays, lol, but hey you live and you learn. I would never get a tummy tuck, only because I have tattoos that would be affected and they mean more to me than a flat tight stomach, and in time I will tone my stomach the best I can with diet, exercise and body lotions and oils.
I hope this helps at least one woman feel comfortable in one way or another. Put if you choose to not go through with breast implants, just know you are still and will always be the most beautiful and loving person you are today, with our without enlarged breasts. This surgery is to enhance your appearance for your own sense of fulfilment, to help you embrace all versions of yourself. But enlarged breasts will not change who you are in the inside. The person you are is a gift and loving yourself hole heartily will always shine brighter than any set of big titts in a bright bikini. Your character is what keeps people in your life, and the ones that come based on physical appeal,will be the first to walk away when you need them the most. So keep your eye on what matters most, HOW YOU FEEL.

My plastic surgeon, Dr. Pousti in San Diego was very helpful when I was trying to pin point my ideal breast size, because I wanted to look natural but I had extremely small saggy goo boobs. I wanted to have a natural looking full C cup without having to get a lift. I was so focused on what my friends kept saying, "get this or that" size of implants, OR my favorite was them telling me to "GO BIGGER, you'll regret not going bigger". Well Dr. POUSTI was amazing at informing me that they were not the ones getting the implants and that they don't have my figure. He was always quick to shut of the noise from the peanut gallery and redirecting my thoughts back to what I WANTED TO LOOK LIKE.
I never wanted to have [RS bleep] star breast, although they look PHENOMENAL, better than most I've seen in pornographic video's and pictures. :)
See I grew up in the desert city on the Colorado River, always in swim suits and around women will big voluptuous breast hanging out of bikini's but they'd always complain about the ties on their neck hurting. So I knew I didn't want balloons for boobs.
The pros to having enlarged breasts are your standard pros. I Look better in a bikini and basically anything I wear, my husband loves them, my friends want them or wants Dr. Pousti to do their next implant surgery, and my body finally looks balanced.
Cons are that I couldn't and still won't do pushups, planks or any upper body workout that strengthen my chest, because I don't want to have a huge gap between my breast. I gained weight from not being able to do my workouts (zumba) that I love and hated working out doing anything else, yes, I'm that person. I have bad posture now because I'm not used to having to hold up big boobs (that will change over time as it already has). I don't fit in most my old dress shirts, but that's not really a con because I get to shop????.
