I'm 50 year old women who got breast implants with lift in March 2011. First I thought I was too old to do this procedure, but I had a couple of friends who also had breast implants and they were very happy. My breasts had become very small and saggy from age and from working out and I just wanted to feel better about myself. I scheduled an appointment for a consultation and they made me feel very comfortable, plus I also realized plenty of older woman were getting this procedure done, and were happy with their results. They even let me talk to other patients, and ask them how they were doing. Experience was important to me I wanted someone who had done this procedure many times.
There are many pros, to getting breasts implants with a lift, you just look better all around. It's fun to buy bathing suits and clothes now. No more padded bra shopping, and you can look natural.
The cons are you do have a little recovery time, where you do have to wear a special bra, and you really can't work or drive for at least one week. You can walk, but you can't really work out for at least three weeks, but once you heal it's great and your breasts just keep on getting a softer feel like normal breasts.
I'm happy with my results and my doctor and the surgery went very well.
