I'm 50 year old women who got breast implants with lift in March 2011. The cons are you do have a little recovery time, where you do have to wear a special bra, and you really can't work or drive for at least one week. You can walk, but you can't really work out for at least three weeks, but once you heal it's great and your breasts just keep on getting a softer feel like normal breasts.
