Love them so far! 350cc Saline HP Unders 100lbs 5'2 - San Diego, Ca
ORIGINAL POST
Hi so a little bit of info about me: I'm 26,...
WORTH IT$4,000
Hi so a little bit of info about me: I'm 26, 100lbs, about 5'2 tall & 32b. We have decided to go for 375cc saline through the nipple sub-muscular high profile (was suggested because of my petite frame), which should go about a D or depends but I've been told I have enough breast tissue to go with this size. I have a small frame I don't wanna be too big but I don't wanna feel like I could've gone bigger either. The nurse helped me chose with my size so I feel confident they won't be too big. She was actually honest with me & told me they have a lot of girls saying they wish they could've gone bigger so I took that into consideration. I was originally going with 350cc but I heard you lose 25ccs so 375cc would do. I have been thinking about getting a breast augmentation for a while now & even backed out on it couple times but later realized again that I really wanted it done for sure & I'm just scared for the complications lol. I love my body & I can say I am confident but some just don't understand how it's like to not have any boobs or to only be an a or b cup I just feel like something is missing lol... sure anyone can say they're just boobs, but there's something about it that makes the ladies feel more like a woman... I've spent my life with a b cup & I always still find myself wishing I had bigger boobs or wishing that I didn't have to wear those miraculous bras from Victoria's secret to fill out my clothes lol Those miraculous bras really works wonders & makes me feel like I have a D cup & fills out my shirts beautifully lol But it gets tiring & annoying to be wearing such maximum padded bras & kind of embarrassing lol... I've talked to my family about it & of course they were against it at first but after explaining myself & my experiences & how it affects my life, they slowly understood & supported me. Breast augmentation needs to stop being taboo! lol They're just breast implants anyways. People say it's taking a big health risk or whatnot, but come on, everyday we all are taking big risks whether its breast augmentation or not.
Anyways, my surgery is in less than 12 hours. I've been drinking water like crazy so I wont be as dehydrated today. I'm mostly scared of the recovery & the outcome or complications, but then again who isn't. The staff at the office with Dr. Charles Sarosy are wonderful & I love the nurse there Sarah she is so helpful seriously she will answer your emails even on weekends! I really appreciated that since I had so much questions that we had so much emails exchanged these several months lol The only thing that bothers me though is I've never met my surgeon Dr. Sarosy, although Sarah made it clear he is great & has been doing this practice for years & years so I guess I'll meet him tomorrow at surgery. I have a good feeling about him though considering I did my homework & researched on him & also I've read a lot of reviews about him. I'm just gonna trust in God & my surgeon :)
Today I bought my comfy pillow (with the hands on sides), ice packs, some crackers, cocoa butter, wet wipes/babywipes, & just little things that would help me with my recovery. I've never gone through surgery before (except when I was a baby) so I don't really know what to expect but I gotta say this website has been so helpful & gave me an idea somewhat of what's gonna happen. My surgery is at 1pm today (it's 2am now can't sleep) so I gotta be there by 12:30pm. My bf is going to take me although I wish my family would be there too.. they live in a different state :( Also I wasn't told to bring high knee socks but I've heard it helps with your legs? I'm just gonna bring mine anyways. I put a small table on my beside & thats where I put all my necessities I bought today. I'm getting more & more nervous by hour.. I wish it was done already! Anyways it's about 2am I should try & get some sleep... I'll try & post photos tomorrow for the before & after shots.

3 days post Op. I did it!
So surgery was done about 3 days ago & I got my first shower today & it was uncomfortable. All I've been doing is resting & sleeping but I try to walk around when I can. So here is my experience from the day of surgery:
I got there around 12:25 pm (surgery is at 1pm). Checked in & they put me into these surgical robe or whatever you call them & got me ready for surgery. I put everything (purses, keys) in a little locker they provide. Then they had me go to this room to get my physical exam (weight, urine test, breast test). Doctor Sarosy came in & we talked about the size I want one last time & I decided to do 350ccs high profile sub muscular through the nipple. I told him I dont wanna be too big or too small either. He says its a great size for my stats even the nurses agreed. After all the testing the nurse called my friend & he stayed in the room with me. 10 mins later the nurse said it's time & im like "Oh gosh its really happening now lol" So my friend gives me a hug & I am off to the operation room. I sit there & they had me lay down after a couple minutes. The nurses introduces themselves & they were just so kind & caring. Once again they tell me I picked a good size for my stats. Then the other nurse started doing my IV which wasn't so bad at all. After that we were just talking & suddenly I felt warm & sleepy & I was like "Should I be sleeping now?" lol they laughed & said yes go ahead we will be here & it'll be done when you wake up. & they were right I woke up & heard Dr. Sarosy with them but I forgot what they were talking about lol It felt like a quick nap & the best nap I've ever had lol Didn't feel any pain at all. They put me in this room & my friendis already there waiting for me. They gave me some crackers & soda but I ended up throwing up but the nurse said its normal. AFter that the nurse took out my IV & my friend said he saw how long the needle was lol I didn't even feel a thing lol So don't even look when they are doing your IV haha. So then they put me on a wheelchair & to the car. When I got home I fell asleep then woke up after couple hours & thats when pain started coming in. It's a different kind of pain more like you worked out you chest area so bad that your muscles gave up on you lol That soreness after the gym but a little more intense. I took some pain meds & tried to eat crackers but threw up again. I pretty much threw up 3 times that night. The next day (Saturday) my muscles was just very sore it was hard to walk around I couldn't take the muscle pain anymore I called my nurse & she gave me Flexeril (muscle relaxer). That helped. Today (Sunday) I felt much much better & able to walk around the house & bathroom but I try not to push it too much. The nurse suggests I walk around a bit everyday. I was also excited to shower so I asked & my nurse & Dr. Sarosy called me right away & told me its fine to shower today & remember to just let the water run along the incisions (no soaking or rubbing around the incisions). I took a shower but my friend helped me because obviously I couldn't reach my head or didn't want to. It was a quick shower I just wanted to wash & be fresh again. SO far my boobies just feels tight & firm. Also for the first few days it was a little hard to breathe but that is because of the pressure & it goes away after couple days. Also icing helps a lot with the pain. Sorry if I'm all over the place I'm still a little woosy from the meds Im taking. I'll post pictures soon!
