Made it to to the last set of trays! Every appointment has gone without a hitch so hopefully the last one in two weeks will too! My jaws won’t be perfect without surgery (not at all interested) but I’m very pleased with what Invisalign was able to do despite that. I can post more detail about my daily routine with the trays if anyone is interested; I think I was less careful than some but conscientious enough to never lose them or go super long without them in ;) I didn’t let them stop me from snacking or drinking coffee. It’s just too long a process to give up all the good stuff!

I snacked a little and drank coffee--I just took the aligner out, rinsed and put it back in. Not even long enough time out to count in my "TrayMinder" app's timer. Straws help, too.

Didn’t know there was an app! I couldn’t enjoy drinking anything but water if they were still in even with straws. But I did the sane thing, just swish with water and put them back in. I didn’t have as much trouble with staining as I thought I would.
