No pain-- 3 weeks after first treatment. Happy with results . I didn't have too much to loose but I am happy with the definition I now see in my abs. I'll definitely keep going-- I understand multiple treatment sites (bra- fat, legs, etc.) are available. No downtime-- went right back to my daily routine .
