Pregnancy after tummy tuck
WORTH IT$6,800
So about 8 months after my tummy tuck who gets pregnant again? Me..lol. Pregnancy was uneventful other than horrible heart burn, feeling full and tight, and having the ability to only eat small portions. Gave birth to my son 6 weeks ago (6 lbs 12 ounces) and have lost all the baby weight bit definitely need to tone. I had a c section and it looks like I might have a little bit of loose skin below the belly button at the c section scar (gained 20 lbs) but it may be too soon to tell, could still be swelling. Will make a consultation in the coming months now that my tubes are tied to see what my doc thinks. I feel great and my tummy still looks awesome! My OB used the same scar as my tummy tuck but now the scar looks..umm different... so will see what he thinks about that. Here are a few pics

SO HAPPY...NO MORE SWELLING...AND LOOKING GOOD!!!
Will update with some more pictures when I get a chance. Just wanted to update everyone on my swelling. My swelling seemed to kind of peak around March and not it is almost all gone. I have been doing the T25 workout and going to the gym. I use to swell up pretty bad afterwards and at the end of the day I would wrap a compression garment on so I would not feel like I was going to pop. Now I don't even wear it and when I work out no problems. So happy with my results!!! 6 month check up is in a month so we will see what my doc says. I am thinking of getting a little lipo on my bra rolls...lol. So for those who are fed up with swelling, IT WILL GO AWAY...as soon as you are not paying attention. As far as everything else, I still have some numbness around my belly button which does not bother me. I had one area that the nerves or something would cause a pain that felt like a hot needle. My doctor said the more that I abused the area the better off it would be, I started doing jumping jacks, running, etc, and now I do not have an issue with it. Impact exercises worked great for that. Scar looks great but that never bothered me and I am not really one to try to hide it, belly button looks great also. I would do this surgery again a million times over. ttyl

You give me hope!!! Thank you for sharing your journey. I have been swollen since I left recovery. I don't know what flat is. But wow. 5 months seems so far when I'm just at day 9!! Lol. I too have a very low incision and maybe that is what is causing the additional swelling. Looking forward to seeing your current pics.

Thanks for all of your updates. I am currently looking to do TT and BA in August 2014 with Dr. Koneru and just as I am excited to do this I am scared to death.

2 MONTHS POST OP-DOING GREAT
Went for my two week post op today and everything is doing great and healing properly. I feel great and have the go-ahead to get back into my work out routine which I am excited about. Now I just have to get motivated to get up early in the mornings like I use to..lol. I am posting some pictures.. they were taken at the end of the day so there is a little swelling above the incision (which looks awesome by the way). I will post some pictures of how I look when I first get up in the morning also. I cannot express how happy with the decision to get this surgery and how great the results came out. I have my next appointment in 4 months and I cannot wait to see what those pictures look like also.

Lookin good. Ya, the end of day swell is a pain, but your scar and shape are great. Getting on the exercise track is tough. I'm only 4 weeks PO, only walking so far. Continued good healing...HUGS
