5 Weeks Post op - TT and BA.

This surgery has kicked my butt. Still swollen and sore. I am just able to stand up straight which I constantly have to remind my self to stand straight - still have tightness above belly button. Below belly button is where I am swollen and its a little hard near the incision.

Had tummy tuck 3 weeks ago and not happy with the outcome

My incision is longer and higher than discussed with my surgeon before surgery. We discussed from hip to hip and clearly it extends to my mid back???

So sorry you have to deal with all this...Hoping your incisions heal nicely so you will not even notice how far back they go...I had mine go all the way around from my Lower body lift, but my surgeon did such a great cut and sew job after 4 months they are barely even noticeable...Hoping that will be the same for you...
Thanks for your comments. Are you able to see my pictures?
I am now able to see the pictures, are you wearing a good compression garment? I ask because the tummy seems very swollen. It does take at least 3 months for the swelling to go down but a good garment can go a long way with keeping the swelling at bay....Hope you are feeling better these days about your outcome, it's still so early to really see the changes...
My doctor said no compression garments. He doesn't believe in them. He did say I can wear spanx which I went out and purchased yesterday
The spandex will help a lot with the swelling. That's the first time I have heard a Doc telling a patient not to wear a compression garment....I was told 3 months! And it was summer time in AZ!!! It was brutal...
