Well today is the first day of my leg tat removal....

Well today is the first day of my leg tat removal. The tattoo itself doesn't bother me but what I don't like is that it's the first thing people see when I wear shorts. At first I didn't mind it because I liked the tattoo but over time I realized it was the first thing people saw and the first thing I assume they base thier opinions of me on instead of my smiling face. I know, who cares what people think but over time it started wearing on me and in certain situations I found myself no longer wearing shorts, even when hot out. It's going to be a long process, I believe she said the purple color will be difficult but worth a try. I believe it will cost less than $300 a session. I will post pictures along the way. sorry for the crummy picture, I had to take it myself.

Post First Session

Just had my first session. The pain wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It hurt way less than the removal of my lower back tattoo. Session was $200 and she will work on it every 4 weeks. She was worried about the blue color coming out but she said it reacted well to the laser, it turned white. I have attached a better before and when I take off the bandage I will post another picture. Right now she said to elevate it and ice it.

Day After

This is the day after my first session. Mild blisters and some red spots. Not bad. A little sore but that's about it. Oh, and it looks a little foggy.
