I had an arm lift and tummy tuck, and then two months later I had a thigh lift and breast lift. This was 10 years after a 90 pound weight loss that resulted in lots of loose, excess skin. I chose Dr Fisher after reading reviews on Real Self, and my experience could not have gone better. Dr Fisher is truly an artist, and my results have greatly surpassed my expectations. There is nothing I would change about the whole experience. My hospital stay was pleasant and comfortable, and my anesthesiologist was wonderful.

Wow. You must be THRILLED. You look fantastic. Enjoy your new body. Can I ask what your breast size is now? I have surgery in 9 weeks. TT, Lipo, and BL with slight reduction. Thanks for sharing. Keep smiling!

Thank you! I am a 32dd or 32ddd now depending on the brand of bra. I was 34dd/34ddd before surgery, and 42dd before the weight loss. My band size changed because a lot of loose skin and fat were taken from my sides, under my armpit area, as an extension of my arm lift. I also had a small reduction in the left breast because it was slightly larger than the right.

I may have to rethink my desired size. I wouldn't have guessed you a DD/DDD. I thought you were going to say C...which is what I thought I wanted to be. I'm currently 36 DD/DDD. Amazing how breast size can look so different on each person. You look great - whoop whoop!!

Hi, you look great! Did you have anything done to your thighs?

Oh sorry I read your post again and see you did have a thigh lift. It looks really good! What type of thigh lift did you have? How was the recovery and how is the scarring from your thigh lift? Thank you for any feedback

I had a medial thigh lift, with a slight spiral incision near my groin. Basically my incision runs from my groin to the bottom of my knee. Of the 4 procedures, my thigh lift scar is actually the cleanest, straightest looking of all of them. Based on how it’s healed so far, I believe it will be almost imperceptible within 1 more year. I have been keeping Biocorneum silicone gel on it continuously. The thigh lift recovery was not difficult for me at all, but I have a very high pain threshold. It was much easier than the tummy tuck but I assume that’s because the tummy tuck was the only procedure that involved muscle cutting. My arm lift and breast lift discomfort were negligible. The thigh lift discomfort was mostly from the the liposuction around my the thigh which resulted in soreness, but I had no pain around the incision. Let me know if you have any other questions!
