Dr. Hailparn was not only meticulous in the procedure itself, which led to amazing results and beautiful, small labia minora, but she was incredibly professional and would be in contact with me immediately if I ever had a question pre-op or post-op. She also performed a clitoral hoodectomy in addition to the labiaplasty (trim technique). I had direct access to her cell phone at all times after my procedure. She is also very passionate about what she does, and her enthusiasm and attention to detail really come through in her interactions with her patients. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and is extremely kind, compassionate, easy to talk to, and overall a very caring individual. She has a one-year revision policy, no questions asked, which was of great comfort to me as well. She is awesome!
