So my kids are out of school for summer and we stay busy, as a result we eat out a lot and I suffer with bloating :( Either way I'm extremely happy with my results and in time the swelling will subside. Since 2 weeks post op I've been lifting my little one (7 months). Then around 3-4 weeks post op I've started lifting my 2 year old. I'm honest with my doctor and he says luckily I didn't injure anything but I will likely experience extended swelling.
