ok as you see I am 30 hours. Here in these photos and there is a lot of swelling I had about 10 small incisions and a lot of drainage from my arms and lower abdomen I see a huge difference on my circumference on my waist but my shape is still the same as before surgery but I anticipate my shape will change as time passes. I was able to put bandates on four incisions that were already closed and no sipage was apparent. I was very light headed still to be able to shower the following day and just did a sponge bath before I wanted to faint. I will post more photos on my 1 week post op visit I will let you know what the doctor says of my results! I'm very excited because I had a lot of fat removed and won't be able to tell you until my 1 week visits to find out exactly how much I can tell you my arms are a lot smaller than before but a lot of bruising on them and fluid which I have been slowly squeezing some of it out and drinking a lot of water and walking at least 30 minutes a day since the surgery to help the fluid to come out.

I sept about 6 hrs aftet but dont feel alot of pain which is good. I have a lot of liquid seeping out from my abdominal and flanks so I am glad that I slept on top of a shower curtain and old sheet on top of my bed. I have not taken a narco for pain because it has been tolerable. Feeling good! Now appearance: i see a huge difference on my flanks and abdomen even over my bandages. Ill post some pics soon!

I have had trouble in loosing my weight since i go full time work and full time grad school. I will be getting liposuction the traditional way (general anastasia) and getting regular lipo with laser lipo to contour at the end. I have a lot of abdominal fat which I will have suctioned to include my lower and upper back (flanks), and arms. My whole core will be suctioned! Im a little nervous about going under but the doc said he should only take 1 hour to do everything. I will update my post with before and after pictures to show how big I am.
