Tomorrow is the Day of my BA and I am super excited and a little nervous. Im scheduled to arrive at the Hospital at 6:30 AM. Surgery is to start at 8:30AM. So before 12'oclock Noon I will have some JUGS!! I have been wanting bigger breast for a while now. I think that the boob envy finally got to me, and I decided that although I am happy with my body theres nothing wrong with enhancing myself a little to make myself happy! I am 5'5 and weigh about 110lbs. My Surgeon wanted me to get 350cc , however I decided on the 400cc. Tomorrow however i Feel that I may Change my mind to 375cc... I'm still a little confused about how much of a difference if any it is from 350 to 400..... which is why I'm thinking the doc and I could just meet in the middle at 375cc... I have always heard that not going bigger tends to be the regret after getting BA. So yeah, tomorrow when I get my Boobs Done I will Take Pics of the girls and i will begin uploading in order to share my experience. Currently I am a 34A bra.... hoping to wake up a full C or small D =) Anyways Goodnight and WISH ME LUCK <3

Well hello beautifuls. My surgery happened this morning at 8:30 am. I was under complete anethiasia. I went ahead and got 400ccs, moderate plus, round silicolne by Mentor. Waking up I had no pain just pressure. I was wrappedd in dressings. Tomrow I got the okay to shower and start wearing the surgical sports bra that was given to me. So far pain is definatley like a 4 . I went to doctor Connie Hiers of San Antonio Tx. She was just such a sweet woman who knew exactly what I wanted. I have one picture of my dressings for the first day after surgery, so you can get an idea of my progress. Tomorrow I will post more picture after I shower.

I had Dr. Hiers as well....I'm not completely happy and hope eventually it works out for me [mine was augmentation and lift], but you look great! Congrats on your new boobs. :-)
did you stick with the 400 because they would have charged extra to get in a different size? That's what happened to me.

Hey girl. Well foremost I am sorry to hear that you aren't quiet happy yet.....I feel that its because your still healing or swollen . That maybe have to do with it. Mine are still really tight , swollen, and I cant really move, and are a little high up. I DID go with 400, my doc wanted to give me 350, but I wanted to biggest size for my body. Everyday is getting better. I'm sure will a little more time you give yourself you be happy as ever in your new boobs. Be patient.

How have you been since the surgery. I'm looking for a good PS. I have a consultation with Dr. Hiers tomorrow and one next month with Dr. Harris and one Wed with Dr. Lawton. I prefer saline and just looking to go to a full C. Any light on any of the doctors, if you've meet with them would be great.

Right not it is 3 Am. I have taken my dressings off, and put on the surgery bra. I feel more comfortable in it. Ive been taking my hydrocone, tordol, a diazepam. My pain is about a 4 not bad at all.... mostly just when i stand up. I have been looking to seeing them... and i love them so far. I can't wait for them to fluff and drop :) bee
