24 years old, 5'9 175lbs. For as long as I can remember I've wanted to correct my breasts. They never quite developed correctly and I self diagnosed my self with tubular breast deformity years ago. After losing some weight I decided to take the leap and I'm so glad I did. I went to several consultations. Two doctors wanted to place implants as well as perform a mastopexy to correct some of the characteristics of my breasts. When I saw Dr Lawton he endured me that a mastopexy that would leave scars on my breasts was completely unnecessary. I could sense his passion and decided to take a leap of faith and go with him as my surgeon. I went with 500 cc saline through my armpit on 11/12/15. It has only been two months and the results have exceeded my expectations. I can't thank Dr Lawton enough!

Tubular or tuberous breasts with a restricted base is just another breast shape. Stigmatizing a patient with words that will resonate with her forever is not productive. Neither is it necessary to cover the breast with scars and flatten to anterior projection with a set back mastopexy. These text book approaches are characteristic of surgeons that are not breast specialists. So happy that we could do the right thing for you.
