I Think This is Animation Deformity with a Reluctant Ps for Help - San Antonio, TX

I got 400cc through the belly button, under the muscle, 9 months ago and I feel like I've had problems since day one. They've always been high riding which is fine to some extent but when you have more boob up top then on the bottom it some time sucks.

I went to my ps a few days ago thinking she would be concerned and would be ok with me wanting a revision but that's not exactly how it went down. She looked at my breasts and said they're looking great and I told her I had a problem with my boobs when I flex or do anything that causes my muscles to contract and I showed her and all she said was that it's completely normal and everybody has this if you get it under the muscles and she turned around and walked out the door. I was a little in disbelief about how she acted and fought back tears until I got to my car lol. Her whole visit was no more than 2 minutes, no joke. I'm mad because if I go with a different ps then I'll have to pay the full price all over again.

Does anybody else have this problem???
I have a couple consultations set up to see if anybody can help me. But question, how far should I push to get her to do a revision on me or should I even bother going back to her???

Sounds like she brushed you off a little, Im sorry you had that experience. If that were me I know I would be very disappointed and annoyed. I don't know if you should be pushing...I think you should be going elsewhere, you need a PS that will take their time listening to your concerns and be more helpful. Just my two cents. Also, it really is possible that they are fine and there isn't anything to be done.... But a second opinion wouldn't hurt!

Would like to know who was the plastic surgeon that performed your breast augmentation

Dr. Constance Barone. She was nice all my other visits but except for that one. I kind of got the feeling she doesn't want to revisions.

I recently had a revision after having 200cc over the muscle many years ago. My Dr (Narongdej) tried to persuade me that I should have under the muscle implants as he said they are better. I stood my ground and insisted that he replace them over and I am so glad that I did. They look very natural. I was very worried about the contracture when flexing, if I went under the muscle. I am very sporty and knew I wasn't going to look good in a bikini if I followed his advise. Unless of course I just sat on the beach and didn't do anything. Your breasts look fabulous when you are not flexing. Perhaps you would be a good candidate for over the muscle too, especially now you have already stretched to your new size. It's worth considering. No one has ever guessed I have implants. I couldn't be happier with OTM.

Mine look JUST like yours- except they are in the high position permanently!!!
Have you had them fixed??
If so what did they do??
I am 2.5 years post op and I HATE them!!! They are square looking on top and I hide them constantly!!!!
It's like my real breast tissue is just "falling off" of the implant!!!
HIDEOUS UGLY DISGUSTING.
There's a big dent on the front and the top of the implant is 2in from my clavicle!!!
Sorry to all PS's but there is NOTHING normal about this.

Did Dr Lawton repair your BA after all?
UPDATED FROM brittneyleigh32

Well I think I found my revision Dr. (Dr. Lawton)

Well the same day my ps threw me some bs I went home and immediately started looking up a new ps. I called and made an appointment with Dr. Lawton and Dr. Young.
I went to my appointment with Dr. Lawton a few days ago and I couldn't have been happier. Nicest guy ever and actually took the time, my concerns and wants into consideration. He spent about 30 min with me and explained everything to me and even took time to talk about my first ps I had. I'm contemplating if I should cancel my other consultation bc I liked Dr. Lawton that much.
I really didn't know much about revisions but I do know now they cost more the second time around if you have to go with a different ps lol. Less than 10 months ago I paid $5200 and now this revision is $7500:( Not sure how I'm going to pay for it but I definitely NEED it bc they're only getting worse.

All I can say is Dr. Lawton really is an awesome surgeon and an awesome guy in general. He's very confident in his work. Other PS told me I may need an areola lift because I had constricted breasts (pretty mild tuberous deformity). He was unfazed and recommended implants only. I'm two weeks out from my BA and I feel really good, had very little initial discomfort and you're right, although he sees a lot of patients he takes the time you need for questions. I wish you the best on your journey!

Yes I heard about Dr Lawton and Dr Young in Stone Oak area...My sister in law had breast augmentation performed by Dr Young and was very pleased with him...Those two plastic surgeons always receive positive credentials and are among the best in San Antonio from what I read and hear. Good luck hun on your decision.
