I originally was a 38 f and had a breast reduction done 1999 till 2013 I decided I want some nice fuller round boobs that didn't sag to my bottom rib so I got 700cc's but I'm a big girl I am 5'8" and at that time weighed 188 lbs now I weigh 195 with the girls but love them still wish I had gotten 800 cc's but here is a pic

They look fantastic ! Iam going up too 700 cc in a few weeks how do you find the size? Iam worried they may be a little big but Iam about the same weight as you and they look good on you :)
Well I like them I still think I should have done 800ccs but 700cc look nice big and natural for my structure height
They do look great on you Fingers crossed Iam happy with the 700cc ones then and they arnt too big or small lol
From all that I've read and experienced personally, not too many women are upset with going too big, but the opposite happens constantly!! As long as your doc says it will look good, go with the biggest he recommends. They shrink so much after the initial few weeks of swelling.
What profile did you get? Did you get saline or silicone?
I am scheduled to upgrade from 480 cc saline to 750 cc gel in 2 weeks. I am not getting a lift. Torn, had a dr say I needed a lift for best results. Another dr said I didn't need a lift. So I'm going for it without a lift. Do yours feel heavy? Is it hard to find a bra? Any help or info is appreciated.
I didn't get a lift I figured if I went bigger it would fill up any sagging and did all looks good I love them I wish I would have gone 750 cc's. I am a 38ddd and I buy bras at victoria secret so no problem there. Weight hasn't bothered me yet!

Hi Gracie, yours look awesome. Did you get saline, silicone, or the silicone gummy bear implants? Are yours under the muscle or over the muscle? My wife is about your size and has wide shoulders and we have discussed her getting breast augmentation. I have been doing all the research on them but it seems like every surgeon's work we have looked at only shows women of smaller frames so it is kinda difficult to gauge what size she needs to really make her look proportional. She has given birth to three great kids but her size c breast fullness has depleted and they sag as anyones would but not too bad. I guess what we seeking is a little advice about whether or not she would need a lift or what amount of cc's she may would need to go so that she would not need to get a lift and have them look great like yours. Also does yours look perky like they do in the picture provided or do they drop any when not with a swimsuit or bra on? Your pictures look great.
