WORTH IT$4,000
Went in on a Monday loved what I saw and heard from Dr.K I booked for the next day.. I'm an A/B . I chose saline high profile 505cc. Garments are included in the procedure. The doctor went over the benefit of the size I chose based on my build. I wanted to provide myself with a Christmas present. I didn't breast feed but went through a massive a amount of weight loss. Dr. Kalso looked at my stomach for a possible tummy tuck. And suggested the fleur de leis technique...

It's been five days since my surgery and so far so good.. they are still sore but I've eased up on the pain medication. Can't wait til they fall into place. I went bra shopping couldn't resist Victoria secrets. Was having a sale. .

They look great! What was the bra size that you ended up with? Also do you feel the saline swishing around like water inside or does it feel normal. I really want saline because it's safer but a lot women now are choosing silicone.

Silicone is amazing and won't leak or deflate like saline can! :) they also feel ALOT more natural.

You've definitely got to weigh the pros and cons. I refused silicone because they were recalled for nearly 15 years and you have to have MRIs every two years to check for ruptures in the implants, which your health insurance more than likely will not cover because its an effect of a cosmetic procedure. Yeah if my implants rupture, they'll deflate, but at least I don't have to worry about whether or not something is wrong. It'll be obvious. Lol

Please talk to you PS.... if Silicone breaks, they don't leak/deflate so there's no hurry to get them replaced, should it happen while on vacation! :) They've come a loooong way since 15 years ago. These days they are more like gummy bears where if they are cut in half, they still stay solid. I've had both! The first time I went with Saline because I was more on a budget but the second time around, I'm silicone and love them.... Do your research and good luck!

Thanks Raquelatx, I have my consult in a week and because my skin is so thin from weight gain and loss, I may have to go with silicone for a natural look.
