I had revision rhinoplasty done with cadaver cartilage. I had rhinoplasty done 16 years ago and implant started to shift. I just wanted it straight and give me a round tip. So far my nose looks nothing like it used to and looks worse. Yes it is straight now but the shape is ugly and looks too pinched between the eyes. Nostrils look bigger. I'm extremely unhappy! ! I looked better with old crooked nose!

Well I am done being angry about my nose and Talked with Dr. BARRERA. we are going to have another small revision done in 6 months to fix what I don't like. I'm glad he is being understanding of my concerns and hopefully next review will be positive!

Still hate my nose

Everyday that passes I still look in the mirror and feel ugly. It has definitely lowered my self esteem and I still get angry about the situation. I know there's nothing I can do about it right now but I sincerely regret I didn't pick a different doctor. I don't want to take pictures anymore and it sucks because holidays are coming up. My profile looks ok even though it looks too pinched between the eyes but I can't walk sideways my whole life. Uugghh! ! ! !

Good question. I'm not sure if I trust him to fix it right when I feel like he screwed up once already
