6.5 years update!

I’ve had another pregnancy in 2013 and made sure to stay below the suggested 25-30# weight gain. I gained exactly 30 LOL. I nursed my little guy for 22months and now am ready for breast lift with implant! My stomach held up so well! I’m back to my prepregnancy weight of 100# and have added a lot of muscle with workouts.
My Scar looks great, still can’t wear low cut anything but high cut everything is in style, so not a problem!
I still won’t wear bikinis in public areas because Of my stretch marks
Hope everyone is doing well!

Tummy tuck combined with lipo of the flanks increases the risk of serious complications with every cc of liposuction performed. The literature and science are clear. The fact that almost every plastic surgeon does the combination is a problem of ignorance ethics or both. Excellent results without liposuction can be achieved and safely, with ethics and science

1 year post op!

I haven't been back for a six month or one year post op appt, but he was able to get me in next week. Overall I'm pretty pleased with my healing.
My "complaints" remain the same. I am going to see about having that skin tag like the thing (maybe it's a dog ear?) removed. I also think the lump above my belly button takes away from the "flat" profile view. Scar is high but I healed well:)
I doubt I'll ever confidentially wear a bikini because my stretch marks. Hope everyone is doing well! I'll update again after my post op;)

Swimwear season

This time of year always causes stress! Last year it was trying to hide the scar, and this year that is an issue still. I've been hard on myself and also prefer one pieces because I have many stretch marks on my abdomen. And of course need a top with support for the droopy breasts :-/
I ordered a Mara Hoffman one piece but it hasn't come in, and I will post pics when it does! I am so excited for it!
Today I went shopping and found another Trina Turk bikini. Notice the scar on hip, but I think it's much less noticeable than last year :)

Updating my doctor review at 2 weeks post op. I've had many follow up appointments and most wait times have been minimal. Dr. Lawton is quick with me but does answer my questions. I saw through other reviews that he calls to check on them the evening after the surgery, but that was not my experience. The nurses are fabulous and beautiful. The office and surgical center are great as well.
