My surgery 7/6/16 almost 1 month Breast Augmentation TUBA incision 420 saline filled 500cc I'm not happy with the results yet maybe because it's too early but my breast is too high my surgeon said that I need to wait 10 weeks to drop, be patient, and message. I'm in 4 week and my boobs are 2 fingers below my collar bone. Waiting for the finals results :)

They look too high. I suggest you to wear a bandage around your chest to put pressure down. That will help you too.

I am so sorry you are feeling unhappy. I had my surgery on July 20th 2016, with overfilled saline implants, 360 in one and 390 in the other. My post augmentation breast look just like yours, i have been very depressed too. All the doctors here are telling me it takes sometimes one year for the implants to drop to their final position and my nurse told me the same. I have a friend who also said she had her boobs square one year before they became round and normal. I see my ps today and I will ask him and I will let you know what he says. I am trying to stay positive and wait for them to drop. But always follow your Surgeons instructions.

6 weeks after breast augmentations

They drop a little, the right one more than the left one. My boobs star looking round - no square boobs. I feel much better to see how my boobs change week by week. I know they need to drop more but I'm patient :)

I had the same thing happen to me. I had a breast reduction and implants to give fullness. The implants were placed very high like yours. It's been 5 months post op and they have not dropped at all. I have to go in for him to fix. It's very upsetting. I think you may have to also. :-(. If you get second opinion please post a update. Good luck !
