Hello everyone, I'm Verl and I'm currently 1 week post op today. Still having trouble with sleeping in my back since I'm a side sleeper ???? I had 225 mentor textured round implant high profile,I felt that it's too small ???? But my surgeon said that's the only size he can recommend to me coz I don't have that much breast tissue.

February 12, 2016
Hello I went to Samitivej Thonburi hospital
February 12, 2016
I also went to Bangkok, at the same hospital through destination beauty:) I had doctor kamesak thou.... I have heard a lot of good things about your doctor when I was there:) hope all the recovery goes well. If you need someone to ask anything, feel free to message me:) the work they do is excellent but sometimes it's hard being so far away for a check up X

Hello! I think your surgeon did a great job, I think they fit your frame perfectly. Usually you can go bigger on a second BA but if you go too big when you don't have enough tissue or skin it increases the risk of complications. Its easy to forget how small you were before, in comparison they look pretty big to me! :D
Im also a side sleeper and had a lot of back ache sleeping on my back, another lady on here recommended to me rolling up a top/hand towel and putting that under my neck, it made it lot more comfortable, also putting plenty of pillows around the sides under your arms makes it more comfortable. Best wishes to you on your recovery x

No problem at all :) you'll feel a lot of different things as they settle, tightness, twinges, pulls, one droppong before the other is also common. Even emotionally. They'll change so much over the next 6 months, and it's so hard not to worry about little things that you're not sure of, but just try to enjoy them, and if you have any concerns, then you're in the right place, the support from everyone on realself really is amazing. Happy healing!

Aw yeah it's completely normal so don't worry, it'll pass in a few days. Mine lasted about a week. It's to do with the anaesthetic. I'm nearly 3 weeks post op now and pretty much feel back to normal in every aspect
February 15, 2016

I still had morning boob sting until about 4/5 days ago. It's pretty much gone now, but they still feel heavy when I lean over, my left one feels like the implant moves a bit, or the silicone inside it moves, but only when I lean forward a lot, like to pull the plug out of the bath or pick something up from the floor. My back ache has also gone, but I am still sleeping on my back. It's not particularly painful when I lay on my side, but it's not very comfortable, so I'll wait another week or 2 until they've softened a lot more. They've softened quite a bit over the last week, but still very firm in comparison to a normal breast. I cant squish them together properly yet (although im too scared to squeeze and move them too much incase I do some damage). I have basically just left them completely alone. Apart from squeezing very lightly to see how theyve softened (about 4 times in total), and pushed them VERY lightly towards each other (only once) ive not touched them. My ps told me not to massage or anything, so ive left them alone and they're just doing what they need to do naturally. You had very tight/small breasts to begin with so you may take a little longer for the skin and muscle to stretch to accommodate the implant, than someone who has a little more skin/breast tissue to begin with. Dont worry, everyone is different, just take it easy, they can all of a sudden change so much just overnight. I was taking co-codamol (codeine & paracetamol) when I couldn't sleep and they knocked me out and took the pain away, but went onto just paracetamol after about a week as they were blocking me up. Mine still don't feel like they're a part of my body yet. I still feel like I'm wearing a bra with sizers in haha. It will come in time though.

What is your back measurement? You look tiny. I am trying to decide, 270cc or 240cc, I am currently a flat 32a bra x
February 25, 2016
Go for 270
February 25, 2016
I am really flat to start with 32a bra is not even fit :( the doctor said I'm only 10.5 something that's why I can't go bigger than 225cc
