I was referred to Dr. Moore by a friend who was impressed by his painless procedure and not a lot of down time.
Pros-
Quick recovery, there is a little bit of pain but it was just more uncomfortable and a little sore but not bad at all I used Tylenol and Aleve for about 4 or 5 days. I only missed two days of work. I went to dinner with my husband that same evening of surgery. The next morning I walked 3 miles. Two days after the surgery I did a 4 hour pretty strenuous hike (Bell's canyon Falls). In the mornings I usually wake up sore but during the day even the first day it feel heavy and tight but not a lot of pain. I honestly feel I could have done a half day at work the day after (I have an desk job)
Cons-
The night of the surgery you have to get up every 90 minutes to do stretching. It's rough but totally worth it, this is what makes it less painful in the long run. Taping for lift is uncomfortable and restrictive but once I called them, they said just take them off and use a good sports bra, I still feel really itchy. I think just the healing and the stretching of the skin. But really not to bad at all.

The Dr. doesn't spend a whole lot of time with you. He is really just in and out and gives his input on what needs to be done, he is very polite but professional. I preferred it this way and felt this was one of the reason I loved his office so much. I felt more comfortable discussing things with the women in his office. I found this more comfortable and actually a positive which I am sure is not by accident. And every single of his workers are all great, all of them! I have only been in his office a total of 4 times and get more impressed every time I go back. I couldn't have asked for nicer people for this procedure. I emailed once about a question within an hour I had a nurse calling me. YOU will love the people that work in this office.
