I have been wanting a breast lift and augmentation...
WORTH IT$7,780
I have been wanting a breast lift and augmentation for 15 years but decided to wait until I had completed my family. I saw an ad for Club Image which offers payment plans and knew immediately I wanted a consultation. The consultation was amazing! Jodie spend hours with me trying on breast impant sizes and measuring /taking pictures. I immediately scheduled surgery for 2 weeks later. They offer a rapid recovery technique which was very appealing to me as they don't prescribe pain meds as a norm and recovery is supposed to be 48 hrs. I generally have a high pain tolerance but found this procedure to be ALOT more painful then I had anticipated. I had to break down and ask for pain killers . It felt like I had been kicked in the chest by a horse. The incisions aren't painful but the pressure and built up air/fluid in the chest is as well as the tighness. I wish that I had done a little more research as to what recovery entails so I could have been a little better prepared. I am currently 5 days post op and am feeling a little less pressure and heaviness in my chest today. The days prior were extremely difficult to even get out of bed. I will continue to update and share pictures throughout my recovery process.

I'm feeling better than I was last week. I've started doing my log rolls and that seems to help the skin tightness. The swelling has decreased some what and I am having less soreness in the morning when I wake up. Sleeping is still a little uncomfortable and I hope that subsides soon. I went and bought a better supportive sports bra and that seems to help as well. I'm also hoping I start seeing some improvement in the stitch puckering.

Hi. I think your surgeon did a great job. You look beautiful. Hang in there!! It gets easier day by day. It really does. :) Happy Healing!

Can I ask what Log Rolls entails? I'm almost 3 weeks and the swelling is still giving me problems so I'm trying to figure out what I can do to help it resolve. You look great!!!!!!!!

Thank you! My surgeon suggested log rolls for swelling. Which is 15 min 2x a day laying flat on your stomach. When the session is over you roll over without the assistance of your arms or hands. They can be done on a bed or a floor. I feel like it helps relieve swelling and pressure.

Glad you're healing so nicely. You look great especially for only 12 days postop. I read below you we're experiencing boobie blues; so sorry to hear that. It's very common around this time get boobie blues. All the swelling can make the breasts look a bit distorted and that's a lot to take on emotionally in addition to all the healing. Hang in there. You will see improvement. It took me about 10 weeks before I noticed any significant drop/fluff. I know that seems like a long time but it'll be here before you know it. Good luck. :-)

I guess I'm more concerned because the swelling has gone down on my left and my right is extremely swollen still. I guess I need to give it some time as they supposedly heal differently . I was going to ask , I have a weird slushy/moving sound when my left breast moves. Is this normal?
August 31, 2017
Hi busty, from what I've read it's more usual for the breasts to heal at different rates than at the exact same time. Keep in mind each breast was the surgery onto itself. We're also not the same on the each side; in addition to different skin/tissue, one side may have more muscle than the other resulting in more swelling. As say our "breast are sisters not twins".
The slushing sound is more than likely fluids in the implant pocket that your body will eventually absorb. It's not unusual, imo. Of course I'm not an M.D. Just speculating based on my own experience and on what I've read in the "ask a doctor" section here. That's a great place ask these kind of questions, btw. And of course It's best to consult with your own PS regarding what's "normal" in terms of your prognosis.
One last thing I want to mention. I refer to it as the "post surgery obsession". After any kind of plastic surgery procedure the natural tendency is to stare at the results (i.e. breasts) quite a bit watching every little change that occurs from day to day or should I say minute to minute. LOL. And the more you stare at something the more problems you'll find. Lol. I didn't realize how asymmetrical my breasts were prior to my surgery until after having surgery and looking back on my before pics. My breasts are still asymmetrical although nobody would notice it unless I pointed out where all the difference.
Lastly, If you had not told me that one side was more swollen than the other I honestly wouldn't have noticed. What I actually noticed is the tattoo which creates a little asymmetry in a cool sort of way of course. Talk later. :-)

I hear that they move all over there place and aren't even on any given day during healing. I had desolvable stitches. How are you feeling now?
September 7, 2017
What size were you before the procedure? I've been to 2 different Dr.s and have another appt scheduled for the 15th of this month. I'm wanting surgery the end of Oct. Just so nervous!

September 18, 2017
Oh and don't be nervous! Your only regret will be why you didn't have them done sooner..

I am feeling MUCH better. My skin doesn't feel tight , the zingers are lessening. When I wake up in the morning I am not as stiff. I do however feel alot of movement in my left breast when I move still and my right breast still seems significantly more swollen and the nipple is lower than the left. I am very happy with my results so far. I can't wait until my breast soften up. Also wondering when the puckering if the stitches will go away.

I appreciate you writing to me and supporting me through it. How long did it take for your breast to feel more squishy then firm?
