36 Yr., 5'4", 130lb. 2 Kids, Hoping to Go from a 34B to 34D - Salt Lake City, UT

Hi I just read ur story and I am so similar 2 u we r the same height and weight I have 2 kids 13 and 16 but I did not nurse. I never got sized b4 I wuld wear a 34b HEAVILY padded bra and a sports bra the 2 2gether made them look even bigger lol! But [RS bleep] swim suit time I hated my look u can not find a swim suit that looks rite no matter what iv been 2 every store tryed hundreds on every yr amd just left depressed. I finally got 2 the point in my life where I culd finally do this 4 myself. I started in sept and planed my ba for nov 13th so I'll be 2 wks post op 2maro. I had 2 do hp I freaked im like I dnt want torpedo boobs lol! I freaked on sizes went bak a few time tryin on the sizers again and again. I had 2 do 25cc difference my left was a tad smaller that right. I liked the look of 300 and 325 then I got home literally glued 2 the internet every second of the day I had time I mean at wrk n the bathroom everything! Im like evry1 says go a litttle bigger so I go bak I bump it up to 325right and 350left. Omg still freakin out I did have good breast tissue but still so sad looking after 2 kids. Last min I did 375right and 400left so 50cc more than I origanaly wanted. Im soooo glad I did I dnt think ill ever have boob greed since I added 50 cc for under muscle and all. My advice since u did breast feed do the 450hp u will be so happy. Now look heres the deal they r gonna look 2 good not 2 no they r "fake" but u will luv them u will feel awsum u will be happy and confident about everything u wear. And no they wont look like torpedos the way I see it is we r the lucky 1nz 2 be able 2 get hp cuz most do the moderate or mp and cant do hp. I was scared of them at 1st like panic attacks bad dreams no sleep lol! I freak over stuff but it was a big deal 4 me. I still havnt got my profile and pics 2gether on here I no I need 2 im not sure if or how I culd send u mine if u wuld like 2 see I dnt mind at all but trust me I freaked enuff for both of us lol! Ull be so happy with them. U cannot tell n my winter clothes but tighter tanks and stuff u can but I wore so heavily padded bras anyway I dnt think itll be a huge diff..oh yeah I got sized at a 34dd at vs at 11day po...they will change more but a dd I promise duz look great not huge at all so dnt trip on that...I was set I wanted 2 be a large c cup....I wuld not have been happy! I cant wait get get bak n the gym now lol! And swim suit ready! Heck yeah there fake and im proud but realy their not fake just nicely enhanced!!

I think you will be happy with the 425hp. I just had 400cc hp placed 6 days ago, over the muscle and am very happy. Are u going under or over the muscle?

I dreamed we pulled up 2 a shack n the middle of no where and sum girl dr with the last name of the other dr in business with mine came out and im cryin ur not my dr and their strappin me down and I just new I was gonna die! No but 4real in ur post u do say u like big boobs and thats why im thinkin ull be happier with the 450 becuz of the nursing and 2 fill u out well...im gonna get my coffee down and start puttin my pics on so u can see...now im 2 wks 2day so the nude 1z still look funny bucuz they havnt dropped

I can definitely relate to the way you are feeling about your padded bras! After I was finished nursing, I was so sad about the deflated boobs I was left with and I could not bring myself to go anywhere without a bombshell bra on. Don't be scared about the HP, you have a very small bwd so they will fit you nicely. My bwd is 12, I got 400cc HP and I really don't think they look fake at all. Good luck with everything :). I went through the same roller coaster of emotions -- I've come to the conclusion that those emotions are just part of the process. Although I'm not your exact build (I'm 5'7" and weigh 125, small frame). I can tell you I went 500cc, high profile, under the muscle --- which was larger than I was originally going and don't regret it. I was bouncing between 450cc and 500cc --- I was told that considering it wasn't that much of a difference, I'd probably be happier with the larger. I was honestly scared of being huge! And my boobs being the only thing people noticed - but am very pleased. Do what you think will make you happy. Good luck! And if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

I would go with 425-450. Beleive me they look so much smaller once they are inside. Best wishes!!

I am 5'8" and 150, size 4 (on bottom, top is a different story because of the boobs). My first BA in 2002 I had 325cc saline implants that were overfilled to 380 placed under the muscle. This took me to a solid D cup at the time. Then after nursing two kiddos I was left with the same sad deflated boobs. I saw a new Dr since I had moved across the country and ultimately left the choice in her hands to be made during surgery. She ended up using 485cc silicone cohesive gel to help fill out the tissue and give me some volume/cleavage in the middle since I have a broad chest/wide ribcage. They are big. I am now a 32DDD and while I'm not going to complain because they look 100% better than before if I could have gotten the same effect with a smaller implant I would be all for it. I think these look great on you size wise. I think regardless of what you choose with your first augmentation there will always be a period of wondering and second guessing yourself after it is done but that is a normal dip on the roller coaster.

Dnt take anything for 2 wks b4 ur surgery no vitamins advil aleve asprin anything ...oh and its ruff ill just tell ya...they shuld giv u a huge list of things not 2 take but I did start taking vitamin e about 2 wks after but honestly uv had kids and breast fed so u shouldnt have any problems I didnt at all

My PS said to star Vitamin E one week post op. I'm pre op right now and he's got me taking a multivitamin and Vitamin C.

Thatgirl525- what are you getting done? Have you decided on size and everything? Or still figuring it out, like me?
