I'm getting so impatient! My surgery is in exactly 21 days and I'm obsessing about what size I'm gonna get. My before is very small. Everyone says I have a small frame but I feel pretty average. My surgery is May 8 and I'm thinking im gonna get 500 cc saline unders. Any thoughts? I will post my right now pics aka before photos. Help please! I love this website. Btw my boobs have marks because of the rice sizers there are no stretch marks.

Good luck, I am an A. The same size as you, and I am planning on getting 540 cc. I'm so conflicted as to if it may be too big or too small lol I'm hoping it's just right. I want them to drop naturally not too high.

Same here. Do you have a large or small frame? I'm also worried that I'll look top heavy. But then my worst fear would be to get too small I think. It's so hard to decide!

I have a small frame, but i have a shapely bottom, but slim hips. I'm afraid I may be top heavy as well but I don't want to go smaller and regret it.

Hiya your boobs are the same size as mine. I would like a full D. Can 500cc fit in yours. I don't no much about saline but if you can go for it. They will look amazing. I love the boob pics u got up that's what i want mine to look like. My surgery is on 28th may I'm flying out for mine. What is the rice test?

Do you gals know your BWD? That is probably the most important measurement in determining size of implant. 500cc can look good on a wider or moderate frame and larger on a smaller framed gal.

Did you have any uneven swelling? I'm 11 days post op and my left looks way bigger and they were same size to start with and both had 470 cc put into them. It's depressing? :(

Aww don't be sad! Not only were mine uneven post op, but they still are 5 weeks out--they may always be. But your body is still recovering at 11 days out and sounds in the realm of normal. Sometimes women have blood inside or infection though so best to check with your doc. especially if it's extra painful.

My nipples are still painful at 5 weeks:( Very sore to touch, red, and the first thing I can feel when I get out of bed in the morning. I hope it changes because I want to have some fun with my new boobs;)!

Does it look tiny? I just have the sizers in right now at 450 cc and they look pretty normal and I heard under muscle is loses some. My pre op isn't for a few more days. Thanks for advice!

I think you will easily be able to pull off 500ccs. That's just me tho. I was TINY before kids then had DD milk boobs for years while nursing so I was super used to having big boobs - before I weaned my youngest and they deflated to sad pancakes. Have you tried ordering some "inserts" or major padding up to 500ish and wear them around for awhile and see how you feel?

Thanks so much for commenting! I was getting sad that no one said anything to my post! I have tried 450 cc sizers and to me the look the same as my usual padded bras. Nothing excessive so that's why I fell 500 would work. Everyone I know keeps saying I'm small framed but I'm 130 lbs so I don't feel that small. Your boobs look great! So you do think I could pull it off the ? It's two weeks away so now I just have tons of time to question my decision. Thanks for your input!

If you are padding up 450ish and feel fine then I would think 500 would totally work but talk to your PS. Stretch marks, numbness and bottoming out can all be issues. If your PS thinks 500 is a good choice I would go for it!
