I am 23 years old, 5'6 and 108 lbs. I'm currently a 32a and I want to achieve a full C or small D cup. I liked how the 400cc implants looked, but everyone told me to go bigger than I think, so I'm going with 425cc for each breast. I'm going with the tear drop sgaped seintra implants because I am told they will look better with my petite frame. Picures to come !
My doctor in utah (dr.kirk moore) specializes in rapid recovery. I should be able to go shopping the evening of my surgery, and back to work in 48 hours. I will update on my progress to let everyone know how that goes!

Is your PS still planning on using Seintra implants after Seintra & the FDA put a halt on them? Seintra is recommending that surgeons hold off on using the Seintra implants made in Brazil by Silimed (currently the only manufacturer of Seintra implants). I got my BA on Sept 28th and 12 days later it hits the news that contaminates were found in the Silimed factory. At this point they're not recalling or saying there's health risks but it's got me worried for sure! Might want to consider another brand of implants until this whole thing is worked out.

I had my surgery at 8:00 this morning and it is now almost 2:00 pm, and already I have taken a two hour nap (on my side) showered, put on make up and even round brushed my hair. Now we are gettingoing ready to go shopping! I'm so happy I chose Dr.Kirk Moore and his rapid recovery technique, and I am thrilled with the results so far!

My breasts are still dropping so they are still a little fluffy on top, but so far I love the way they look and feel!

6 hours post op!
I had my surgery at 8:00 this morning and it is now almost 2:00 pm, and already I have taken a two hour nap (on my side) showered, put on make up and even round brushed my hair. Now we are gettingoing ready to go shopping! I'm so happy I chose Dr.Kirk Moore and his rapid recovery technique, and I am thrilled with the results so far!

It has something to do with his anesthesia and precision while operating. Today is 3 days post op and I'm already back to work cutting hair! I showered and went bra shopping hours after surgery. The second day was a little rough but nothing I couldn't handle.... my mom is trying to get in with my doc now!

5 weeks post op sientra shaped
I'm 5 weeks post op today! My breasts look and feel amazing! They feel just like my real ones did only way more awesome. (Obviously) I have 0 pain and I am back in the gym! A little discomfort when I sleep on my side but I think that's normal with naturally big boobs as well ;) my advice to anyone consulting for their breast augmentation is TO GO BIGGER. Everyone told me this and I wouldn't listen.. I was so concerned about being too big that I went too small. Luckily I'm a small woman so I can pull them off but If I were to do it again I would go 100 cc's bigger.
I was previously a 32a and now after 425cc implants, I am now a 32D.
I am still dropping and fluffing so I'm not sure what my end result will be. I'll keep everyone posted.

It has been a few months. How are you doing now? Did they D&F? I love that bikini top.

They areven soft and very naturally feeling. They have dropped quite a bit and I am IN LOVE. My doctor never did a follow up and I also didn't get any instructions as far as what to do from here on out. The last I spoke to him was the day I had my surgery:/ I did however go with my mother to her appointment and she has not yet had a follow up either:/ hopefully that jusy means all is well? I hope I am not going anything to damage them!
I'm not exactly sure how dr.Moores rapid recovery works, but I think it has something to do with his anesthesia and precision when cutting the pocket. I know 8 women who have used him and claim that it is practically pain free. I will lie able to stretch my arms directly after surgery and even shower and wash my hair. My friend has her augmentation in the morning and came to work that afternoon to show all of us and she has her makeup done, hair done and she even drove herself! I'm told it just feels like you had a good chest work out!
