I am 23 years old, 135 lbs, a 34A-32B. I have a 1 year old son. I have wanted to do this for years, but never seriously saved money or had the support that I needed. I do plan to have another baby in 5-7 years but do not feel like I have the patience to wait. I have finally saved enough for my surgery & am considering mainly dr richard fryer or dr rueben, both utah doctors. A girl I work with visited dr rueben for gummy bears and her breasts look amazing, however I feel dr fryers work is the best I've seen.
My consult is scheduled for April 7th, and from there I will decide whether to book and for when. I have a weird thing about my family not being involved. My parents are both very against plastic surgery & I don't want them involved. I have a lot of family events planned mid may and would really prefer to not be down and out during that time period. In a perfect world I would be able to have the surgery in April and have a month to heal up, but it is spring break time & I think everyone has the same idea as me (:
I am also very concerned about holding my son. My sons dad will be around helping me for the first week, but the idea of 2+ weeks of not holding him hurts my heart. );

Chose dr richard fryer. Very confident.
Today I had my consult with richard fryer. I had scheduled with a different doctor but chose to cancel because I felt I had made the right choice already and that dr fryer was the right choice for me. After having my heart set on sientra gummy bears I was disappointed to hear that they weren't the best choice for me. I opted for silicone.
I am so torn ladies! I cannot decide between mod profile 397 or mod profile 425. I know they say it isn't a huge difference but to me it felt different. I am really not wanting to be a DD. I don't want to tip over, but I do have broader shoulders.
My surgery is the 20th of May!

425CC looks great on you! At least in my opinion. But it'll probably bring you to a DD sized bra. Whats your height? I went with 450CC and i feel quite portioned so it all depends on what you and your PS agree with what will best suit your body.

I did the same thing after my consult with dr fryer...cancelled my other consults! I think the 425 look great. Picking a size is the absolute hardest thing! The best advice I have heard is to settle in what feels right and good on your body....easier said than done:). Excited to follow your journey!

I vote 425, they look really great on your frame! Your surgery is 5 days after mine :) Excited to see what you decide to go with!

Honestly I don't see much of a difference between the two sizes so I suggest the 425cc. They look great and you'll be less likely to wish you had gone bigger if you go bigger to begin with ;) I went as large as I could for my frame and am super happy with the size. Everyone that knows has commented that they are perfect on me. Not to big/small. Make sure whatever you choose that you're choosing it because you like how it looks and not because of what others will think. In the end this is for you and not them so make sure you're happy with it above all else.
